19	Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
20	Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.: With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
21	Carrying out Soil test at site by taking soil samples (Disturbed / Undisturbed) for determination of CBR Value in accordance to the relevant IS Code through AAI approved Material Testinglaboratory and thereafter submitting the soil test report to AAI forApproval of Structural design by Structure Department for X-section to be used in Perimeter road before start of Work as per Satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge. Note: Rates are inclusive of sending Laboratory representative to site for sample collection and Transportation, Lab Equipment, Tools and plants.
