2	Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering work and insulation blankets of different thickness from pipelines, vessels, equipments etc.and disposing the re-usable Aluminium Sheetat places pointed out / MCD and transporting thedismantled wool to low lying areas within factory premisesincluding transportation as perinstructions.
3	Labour charges for providing 8mm dia bolts /10 gauge GI hooks up to 300 mm long by cutting, bending & welding to the steel surface to be insulated at 300mm C/C or wherever necessary as per departmental instruction for supporting insulation, including scaffolding wherever required etc. complete at all heights (GI bolt/ wire & welding rods will be issued by the company free of cost at our stores.)
4	Supplying and wrapping pipes, steam traced pipes, vessels, equipment etc. with 0.1 mm thick aluminium foil, with an overlap of 50 mm at longitudinal and circumferential joints. All joints of the aluminium foil shall have Barium Chromate primer interposed. Aluminium foil shall be firmly secured on to the stainless steel surfaces by 20mm x 24G aluminium pads at a pitch of 450mm and shall be secured in position by aluminium bands at all heightsincluding cost ofscaffolding and labour complete as per the instructions of engineer-in - charge.
5	Supplying and fixingthermal insulation using LRB matress having density of 100kg/m3 for a thickness of 50 mm with one side facing with hexagonal shaped metal mesh with SS wire,to the vessels, equipment and pipelines etc . including supplying and tying firmly with binding wire, stitching wires, etc.at all heightsincluding cost ofscaffolding and labour complete as per the instructions of engineer-in - charge.
6	Supplying and fixingthermal insulation using LRB matress having density of 100kg/m3 for a thickness of 75 mm with one side facing with hexagonal shaped metal mesh with SS wire,to the vessels, equipment and pipelines etc . including supplying and tying firmly with binding wire, stitching wires, etc.at all heightsincluding cost ofscaffolding and labour complete as per the instructions of engineer-in - charge.
7	Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling thejoints with ceilingcompoundwhere ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheetswill be provided by the Company)
8	Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with old and reusable Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling thejoints with ceilingcompoundwhere ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company)
