One job consists of 24 hrs.-03 shift of 08hrs each unit of 210MW) |
| 2 | Mobilization of team and T&P and attending tube leakages in various zone of boiler pressure parts. Attending the leakage up to 1st Ten weld joints (irrespective of number weld joints in one frequency) as per procedure mentioned in scope of work. |
| 3 | Attending tube leakages in various zone of boiler pressure parts if exceeds beyond 10 nos. of weld joint of Job no. 1 in addition to job no.1 including joint of carbon steel / T-11/ T-22 / T-91 / TPH 347 including all diameter tubes. |
| 4 | Attending leakage of hand hole plate of different pressure part header by removing hand hole plate with hand hole cutting equipment, re-welding of the same as per procedure. |
| 5 | Removal of damaged clamps/binders FLEXIBLE CONNECTORS etc. and replacement / refitting of the same with new/repaired one in different zones of pressure parts. |
| 6 | Fabrication of hot bends ofCarbon Steel various degree and radius of curvature from straight pressure parts tubes by filling sand and heating by gas to required temperature of following materials. |
| 7 | Fabrication of hot bends of Alloy steel various degree and radius of curvature from straight pressure parts tubes by filling sand and heating by gas to required temperature of following materials. |
| 8 | Stitch welding of fins of water Wall / steam cool wall for securing respective position of tubes. |
| 9 | Build-up of eroded portion of tubes caused by ash / steam erosion using suitable welding electrode matching with parent metal composition. Depth of erosion up to 2.5mm, length of erosion up to 250 mm. |
| 10 | Rectification / replacement of ash protector found damaged / eroded / dislocated in different pressure part zone of boiler. |
| 11 | Lifting and taking out the complete Hanger of LTSH coil after cutting clamps, supports, clits, and stoppers and releasing from subsequent header and coil and their restoration after placement of coil.(One Hanger =02 Coils ) |
| 12 | Lifting & Taking out the complete Hanger for economizer (lower/upper bank) after removing clamp pin & releasing from subsequent header and their restoration. (One job = One Bank) |
