Supply, install , testing and commissioningof Retrofit Emission Control Device for existing Diesel Generator Set of any make and model complete all as specifiedEmission Limit - Nox+HC <4.7, CO<3.5, PM2.5<0.3 (g/KWH)Smoke Limit <0.7 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following Specifications Complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Purification Technology :- No filters, No solvents, No Chemicals(b) Pollution Captured : PM 2.5 to PM 10(c) Electric Supply : 220 Volts AC(d) Back Pressure: No advance impact on Engine(e)Material : Mild Steel (f) Reported PM Reduction: 80% to 90% (ARAI and other NABL accredited Labs)(g) By Product : Soot Particles. (h) Disposal : NO burning or dumping of captured partured particles.(i) Collection of captured Particles : Once in 02 Months.(j) Capturing Chamber Material:Stainless Steel. (k) Mechanicial Pressure Release valve shoud be available. (l) Sensors (Temp & Pressure) should be avoidable. (m) Bypass System Should be available.Note: RECD Must be tested by any of the currently Central Collution Control Board recognised/approved labs and test certificate must be produced befor installation of RECD in the Generator Set.

Note: The quoted Rate to be included for the following jobs no additional Payement will be considered in any casea) Taking down the existing silencer pipe/fixing and any additional job & material required for fixing and testing of RECD. b) Additional Pipe requried if any size.c) Wiring By suitable size Copper cable from DG Control Panel. d) After Commissioning , testing of emission standards to be conducted and test report to be submitted.
