Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of 03 Phase Cooling Appliances Installed In Various Units At Chandimandir- 1 Attending the daily complaints pertaining toACs three phase at site which includes the following(i)Checking elect circuit, tightening of loose elect connection including internal circuit of plant and ensure the functioning of the plant. Note :- (i) Spare parts if any required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii)Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor, gas charging, leak testing etc mentioned as S & F/ M & L (iii) Work against entire quantity shall be completed within set schedule to be decided by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) All the plants shall be handed over on daily basis through proper documentation. (v) The deployed tradesman shall have technical qualification in the field and necessary documentary proof shall be produced by the contractor. (vi) For non attendance of complaints within 24 Hrs, penal charges @Rs 1000 per complaint per day shall be charged. (vii) Thorough care/ protection of PCB plate shall be kept to avoid any kind of damage while servicing/ cleaning. (viii) Sealing of unit with thermocol/ packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost. (ix)Each service shall be measured and paid separately as each job.(x) The technician must have the minimum qualification of ITI in Refg& AC from Recognize institute of Govt Approved.(xi) Pin valve, PVC tape etc shall be part of the job at no extra cost.(xii)The platform ladder arrangement upto 20ft high or 40 ft high by steel structure platform will be provide by the Contractor at no extra cost 2 Comprehensive maintenance of ACs (Hot & Cold) of capacity 8.5 Ton ductable ACs of make LG,by disconnecting/ dismantling of indoor and outdoor unit at site and refixing the same after repair/renewal of the defective spare parts (spare parts where required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only). Servicing of the ducts, drain pipe, cooling coil, condensing coil and adjusting the duct slope for free flow of drain water, testing of the complete set of Hot/Cold at desired temperature complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i)Gas charging, spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (ii)The contractor shall provide only the experienced and qualified staff for handling the sensitive works. (iii) Labour element for fixing of any defective spare part shall be part of the item excluding major parts like compressor,gas charging, leak testing.(iv)Work against entire quantity shall be completed within set schedule to be decided by Engineer-in-charge. Make: L&T/BCH/ABB 32 Disconnecting electric connection from defective blower/ fanmotor and taking out from unit capacity 3 to 8.5 TR of existing make and transporting to store yard of Refg AC Section, then to be transported to contractors workshop after getting the gate pass from Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the burntwinding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding as per existing gauge wire as per maunufactrer instructions including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Supply only AC contactor single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz, double pole, AC3 rating 25 Amp to 40 Amp, AC1 rating 45 Amps to 55 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Taking down of defective evaporator unit of 3TR capacity Cassette type AC and supply & fixing new evaporator unit of the same capacity (Make: Toshiba/ LG/ Totaline or as per existing make with evaporator coil blower motor, front grill and connecting the cooper tubing by brazing, detecting leakage, rectifying the same and recharging with refrigerant gas as required to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and as directed.
