14Rolling and consolidtionformation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller in require camber and gredient complete all as specified and directed
15M & L for lying and compacting 150mm thick (Compacted thickness)granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade -1 as specified table 400-1 of Morth specification for road and bridge woks , 2013, in single layer over compacted subgraded with natural sand crushed gravel, crushed stone crushed slag or compinatin thereof as per the grading required . The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the sugraged by using mortar grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibrator roller of required compaction density of at least 98% of maximun dry density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber including watering and well ramming to achieve true syrfacecomplete all as specified and directed with finished surfac tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for raod and bridge works, 2013complete allas specified and directed.
16M & L forlaying and compacting of 200mm thick (Compacted thickness), WMM laidin two layersof 100mm each ,Wet Mix Macxadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for Road and bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water toa dense mass , spreading with mechnical paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80 to 120KNstatic weight and consolidating to required gradeient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifiction of Road adn Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The design mix of WMM shall be carried out by contractor as per relevant standard (IRC) and got vetted from Govt Institution/IIT/NIT. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the design mix. The WBM in drawing shall be construed as WMM.
17M & L for providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregate gradation (design mix M-15) as per table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strenth not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 180Kg/Cum, DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and complacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth sheeled vibratory rollers with 80 - 100 KN static weight to achive minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry density , necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifiation for road adn bridge work 2013 complete all as specifiedand directed. NOTE:- Mix design of concrete shall be carried out by contractor from Govt Approved Lab/Govt Institution/IIT/NIT. The design mix shall got approved by the GE. The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix.
18M & L of 10mm thick sand cushioning with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed Note : No additional amount to be paind for overlap.
19M & Lfor supplying and laying400 micron thick HDPE Sheet (Virgin Quality ) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over tack coat/sand cushioning as specified in the design with over lap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm compete all as specifed and direced
20M & L for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimun 28 days field flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong , dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or grabel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable , alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15 - 40micron, minimum meelting temperature as 240° C and minimum tensile strength of 300Mpa at the rate as specfied by the manufacturer. PQC laid , spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.5m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC : 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Mix design of concrete shall be carried out by contractor from Govt Institution/IIT/NIT. The design mix shall got approved by the GE. The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix.
21Material and labour for forming construction joints 10mm wide, 25mm deep and filling with Polyurethane sealant compound and minimum movement accommodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 12mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a net finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as specified and directed.
22Material & Labour for forming dummy joints (using diamond cutter) 10mm wide, 85mm deep and filled with Polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a to a minimum depth of 10mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) and minimum movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod over polymer board in position and applying masking taps on edge of joints to prevent accidental slippage on sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete all as specified and directed.
23Material & Labour for forming expansion joints 20 mm wide, upto full depth of PQC filled with compressive filler board HD-100 and sealed with Polyurethane sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 15mm (depth minimum above the back up rod) and minimum movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + or -30% conforming to the requirement of BS:5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 30mm dia approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod separated by bond breaker tape) over polymer board in position as required all as per Manufacturer"s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
24M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint conforming to IS: 164-1981 (First Rivision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mmthick and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour of paint should be approved by GE.
25Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge.
26Single pile upto 50 tonne Safe capacity - Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity)
27Single pile upto 50 tonne Safe capacity -Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity)
28M & L for Lateral load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) for determining safe allowable lateral load on pileupto 5 tonne capacity pile complete all as specified and directed.
29M& L for Up-Lift load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) for determining safe allowable up-lift load on pile complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (For Item No 25, 26 & 27)- The rate quoted is iclusive of Preparing & submitting comprehensive load test report consisting of findings, Results, test data interpretations of results and conclusionsof the test carried out in four copies duly binded properly.
30Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineerin-Charge. (Note :- 1. One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). 2. Barrication should not fix with TAXI WAY or Don"t Drill any holes on Taxiway to support barrication
