Supplier should submit detailed drawing of the lift, Yes Yes Not Allowed including that of lift shaft, after visiting the site, in consultation with the consignee. 2. Construction of Lift shaft and power supply to the Lift (up to MCB DB which will install near the control panel at first floor by Railway) will be done by Railway. 3. Supplier should send his representative to the site frequently in consultation with the consignee to supervise the civil work and to give necessary instruction at site. 4. The materials shall be inspected by RITES and despatched to the site duly after completion of construction of Lift shaft. Necessary cost for RITES inspection should be borne by the firm. 5. Supplier should make his own arrangement to stock and safe guard the material at site. 6. Necessary Test Report to get the EIG approval should be submitted by the supplier after completing the installation. 7. Necessary training to Railway staff at station to be given by the firm periodically for minor trouble shooting and evacuating passengers from the Lift, in case of failures. 8. Two year onsite warranty for all parts of the Lift to be offered by the Supplier. All breakdown calls to be attended within 24 hours. 9. After the completion of warranty period, the firm should offer comprehensive maintenance contract, for which rate will be decided later. 10. Supply and wiring of lift shaft with supply and fixing of suitable LED luminaries to be arranged by the supplier of the lift. 11. No price/rate variation allowed in the contract due to delayed completion of the work. 13 All other Terms and conditions are as per attached documents.
