Cutting Arround Edges To At Least 25 Mm In Depth, Making Good By Filling In Screened & Graded Road Metal, Watering And Well Ramming ( Including Of Road Metal ) By Applying Tack Coat With Bituminous Primer At 5Kg Per 10 Sqm, Putting In Premix As Specified For Thin Bituminous Carpet ( 2 Cm Thick ) Well Rammed And Sealed With Premixed Sand Seal Coat 9.8 Kg Of Binder With 0.09 Cu M Of Sandstone Chippings, 6.3 Mmsize, Again Well Rammed ( Including Supply Of Premix Binder And Sand ) Depth Of Potholes N Exc 30 Mm Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 4 Material And Labour For Appying Evenly A Priming / Tack Coat With Bitumen Primer Using Paving Bitumen ( Vg 30 ) At 5 Kg Per 10 Sqm Complete All As Specified And Directed 5 Material And Labour For Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete ( Sdac ) , 30 Mm Consolidated Thickness With 5.5 % Binder Content Of Paving Bitumen By Weight Of Total Mix Usingvg-30 Grade Bitumen, Rolled And Compacted To Required Camber And Gradient Complete Using Mechanical Paver And Rolled Using Power Roller 8 To 12 Tonne Capacity Complete All As Specified And Directed.Note: The ContractorS Quoted Rates Shall Also Be Deemed To Include The Following Element:- ( I ) In Case Of Variation In The Binder Content As Per Approved Design Mix In Comparison With The Binder Content As Specified Above, The Variation In Qty Of Binder Content On Lesser Side Shall Be Adjusted Through Supply Only Rate Of Bitumen Vg-30. Leds, Solar Cells, Battery & Light Sensor Well Protected In Side Under Tough Unbreakable Polycarbonate Transparent Sheet Roof. System Workable For 2-3 Days ( Nights ) After Full Charge In 8-10 Hours. 3	Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting arround edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including of road metal) by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat 9.8 kg of binder with 0.09 cu m of sandstone chippings,6.3 mmsize, again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4	Material and Labour for appying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen (VG 30) at 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed
5	Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix usingVG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor"s quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element:- (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30. However, variation on the upper side shall be carried out by the contractor without any price adjustment.
6	M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
7	Material and labour for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mmx 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours.
