4	Material and labour applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of viscocity VG 10 atthe rate of 4 Kg per 10 Sqm over black top surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed.
5	Material and labour forBituminous PremixSemi dense Asphaltic concrete using hot mix plant40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix usingpaving bitumen of viscocity VG 30, levelled,rolled wtih 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient using Mechanical Paver complete all as specified and as directed.
