| 1 | Complete servicing / Repairs to Electrically operated 350 KW Hot water generators No. 1 and allied works (for Winter season) installed at main chiller Air conditioning plant of GMCH, Jammu by disconnecting the incoming main power supply to the unit and extracting the heating elements from the tank and Cleaning the MS Tank of the hot water generator by removing the accumulated sediments, sludge and flakes. Scrubbing the walls of the tank with wire brush and fresh water and removing all residues. Then using chemical cleaning material containing Chlorine such as bleach solution ,clean all the inner surface of the tank and then fill the tank with fresh water and allow it to stand for 24 hours and after that drain the chlorinated waterfrom the tank and rinse with fresh water. The extracted heating elements immersion type having copper tube chrome plated are to be checked and 09 No’s out of 14 No’s are to be replaced with new ones of 25 Kw capacity in tank .The job includes providing and fitting of PCV Card 01 No, contactors MNX-A2 02No’s, HRC Fuse 400 Amp 02 No, MCB-63 Amp 02 No’s with new ones, connecters with new wiring with proper thimbling. The job includes repairs/replacement of leaking 4’’ dia MS chiller pipeline of Hot water Generator No. 01 by removing the aluminium insulation and thermocol ,cutting the damaged rusted portion (08 ft length approx) of the pipeline by cutter/ electric welding and then welding a new MS Pipe in its place by electric/ gas welding and checking for any water leakage. Then providing of glass wool/thermocol insulation and 26 guage Aluminium sheet cladding The job includes replacement of the input power supply cable 300 mm dia 3.5 core armoured of the hot water generators by way of removing the burnt portion (12 meter approx.) by cutting it out and providing of fitting of new one and thimbling it with crimping tool. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, to & fro charges and all types of taxes etc |
