Dismantling and credit (raking out) barbed wires, concertina coil and other fixtures viz-a-viz tightening bolts, straightening bolts etc all except MS angle post and struts provided at every rows of three row border security fence namely India side, Pak side & middle row fixed at distance of 3.00 m c/c i/c dismantling two row’s of concertina coil and removal of all dismantled material form site of work and its credit to contractor complete cleaning of site ,disposal of unserviceable material ,taking out the dismantled material etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Dismantled barbed wire, concertina coiland other dismantled fittings and fixtures shall be the property of the contractor).

Providing, laying and fixing galvanized punched tope concertina coil, 1050 mm dia (when closed) weighting not less than 15.2 kg each coil, having galvanized spring cold drawn steel coil wire of 2.5 mm dia, galvanized punched tope of low carbon steel having series of sharp barbs uniformly punched along its length having 550 nos. of barbs on periphery per revolution and crimped on steel spring core wire. having G. I. steel wire handles hooked to coil for handing & M.S. square bars hooked with coil having pointed face for anchorage, including spreading each coil uniformly in 10 meter length, including adequately tying to the existing G.I. barbed wire fencing with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1m spacing, tying the handles of succeeding coil with preceding coil with G.I. wire not less than 16 gauge, proper anchoring of spikes at start and end of the coil in C.C.allas par directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing G.I. barbed wire of size 2.50 x 2.00 mm (weight to be not less than 108 gms per meter length) conforming to IS-278-1978 and stretching with existing MS hooks/ tightening bolts to angle iron posts in holes already drilled with spilt cotter pins 5 x 22 (confirming to IS 549 steel) i/c necessary painting by dipping in paint twice with anticorrosive bitumastic paint (IS-158) of approved brand and manufacture in black shade to give a smooth and even surface complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Single length of barbed wire to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing OMEGA clamp of size 180mmx35mmx3mm and profile plates of size of 180 mmx50.20 mmx2.75 mm of shapes as per manufactures specifications and attached drawings made with MS plate/flat and hot dip galvanized coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123/IS 4736 and thermoplastic powder coating of minimum 200 microns of color RAL 6005 using two numbers SS mushroom head bolts with breakable head safety nuts (M8x50 ) and washers for fixing CHS post all complete as per attached drawings, manufactured specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
