Tender For Bare Inspection Of Boiler No 10753(4 Tph Iaec Boiler) Sr. Well Quantity Required Scope of work:: Bare Inspection of 4 TPH IAEC Boiler NO-10753 The following jobs will have to be carried out during the Bare inspection -- 1) Boller to be chemically cleaned internally, from water side. 2) Boiler to be manually cleaned internally for furnace, tubes etc. ONE 3) All valves to be thoroughly overhauled and re-fitted JOE 4) Boiler to be hydraulically tested and approved by Director of Steam Boilers. 5) Paying of Statutory fees on-line. 6) Removing the existing outer aluminum cladding from Boiler 7) Removing the existing L.R.B. insulation mattress. 8) Fixing new 100 mm thk L.R.B. mattress on the Boiler shell and re-fitting New cladding on Boiler 9) Provide new aluminum cladding in areas which are damaged like man-holes, Nozzles, etc. 10) Replacement of NRV 6 (NRV Supply From Mahanand) 11)Scrapping and cleaning the outer surface of the shell as per IBR norms and And submit Report 12)Carrying out Ultrasonic Test on all Pressure Parts of Boiler as per IBR norms And submit Report. 13) Carrying out Dye Penetration Test on all Pressure Parts of Boiler as per IBR norms and Submit Report 14) Applying 1 coat of Red Oxide & 2 coat of Heat Resistant Silver Paint of 400 deg C, on the Boiler Outer shell.
