11	Fabricating and Supplying at site hot dipped galvanized steel tower materials with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gram per Sqm (Approximately 85 micron thickness) consisting of angles, flats, tubes, bars, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates etc. all fabricated as per specifications and drawings for erection of towers including making necessary holes for fixing nut bolts as per required drawing for mobile tower . All sections are marked with appropriate Mark Number etc. complete as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
12	Supplying of hot dip galvanised bolts and nuts of grade 4.6/5.6 and as per Is- 12427 including spring washers/plain washers of required diameters and length for mobile tower erection etc.complete as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
13	Hoisting, fixingand erection of 15 meter high RTT weighing upto 2.50 MT on the terrace of bldg upto 5 stories as per approved drawing and design with all its necessary components which include antenna fixtures, carrier and fastenings, gantry, cable feeder rack, resting and working platforms with hand rails, wave guide rack, wave guide rack support, ladders etc.,climbing ladder, platform with railing and fixing withgalvanized bolts, nuts , spring washers, necessary welding,and sorting of material at store etc wherever requiredcompletein all respect as perthe directions of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, insurance premium of labours, etc and nothing extra will be paid on any account. The contractor has to supply insurance coverage certificate of workers.) ( The item will be paid after successful completion of A/T bythe BSNL competent authority. 14	Note:- The rate includes the cost of alllabours and equipmentsrequired for all the operations as described above including the cost incurred on safetybelts, helmets, first aid facilityand insurance premium ofthe labourers/ third party, the contractor has to supply insurance coverage certificate of workers, AT etc complete and watch & ward arrangement. Nothing extra will be paid on any account and complete responsibility rests on work executing Agency. Payment of only structural members, nuts & bolts shall be paid seperately.

16	Providing and applying High Gloss Synthetic Enamel paint (Asian Apcolite / Shalimar/ Berger) in two or more coat on New work (including applying priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer and catalyst of approved brand and manufacture in required ratio) on steel galvanised iron/steel tower of required height mentioned below including painting to all the members such as platform, bracing, ties, strut, wave guide, antenna and it’s fixtures, lugs, gusset plate, angle, bolts etc. completeincluding scraaping putty, zinc chromate yellow primer & making necessary arrangements of safety-belts,helmets to labours and insurance cover etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
17	15 Metre high RTT :- (a) Two or more coats over an under coat of zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand and manufacture for 15meter RTT (any make & any weight)
18	Providing & fixing lightening arrester of multipronged finial 25mm dia 1.5m long hollow copper tube to 15 m tower with necessary fittings at the top of tower etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
19	Providing & fixing G. I. flat of required size (50mm X 5mm) from lightening arrestor to the earthing including cutting and fixing on surface of tower, on tower tray, in pipe from test joint to lightening arrestor installed at top of roof top tower and from test joint to ring earth strip, including connections, etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
20	Supply / installation, Testing and commissioning of 230 V AC LED aviation obstruction lamp of approved quality with Light Dependent Resistance Sensor (Day-Night automatic timer) on the top of 15 m tower including making necessary arrangement for fixing with supply & fixing of base plate & required clamps, etc. as required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
21	Providing and laying of 2C X 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable ISI mark from aviation lamp to existing MCB in feeder panel fixing on tower / wall / shelter surface with suitable clamp or in 25mm dia 2mm thick PVC pipe underground at 60cm depth including end termination with brass compression gland and lugs etc as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
22	Providing chemical rebarring of12 mm diareinforcement bars (Drilling Diameter 16 mm) of minimum 300 mm embedment depth in RCC members with using HILTI makeRE 500V4 chemical , complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note: Cost includes all labours, material T&P etc needed for the operation, Nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
23	Providing chemical rebarring of16 mm diareinforcement bars (Drilling dia 20 mm) of minimum 300 mm embedment depth in RCC members with using HILTI makeRE 500V4 chemical, complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note: Cost includes all labours, material T&P etc needed for the operation, Nothing extra shall be paid on any account)
24	Fixing in positiontrue to the line and level allanchor bolts,base plates, templates and base anglesto keep the the anchor bolts as per approved drawing and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
25	Dismantling of dowel columnsincluding disposal of unserviceable dismantled materials and welding of reinforcement of required length for sufficient lap lengthin existing dowel columns reinforcement etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Reinforcement shall be paid separately)
26	Sorting out of specified15/21 mtr tower materials out of materials kept randomally in BSNL storeand stacking in chronological order etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
27	Transportation of15 mtr tower materialupto 2.50 Metric tonof G.I. Structural steel menbers, it comprising of GI angles , channels, tubes, welded lugs, plates, anchor bolts, templates, ladders, nuts and bolts from BSNL store Nagpur to work site or at BSNL Store Amravati including loading, taking to weigh brigde for weighing , taking to site, unloading and stacking the material at Roof Top i.e. work siteetc completeas directed by the Engineer in charge.
28	Providing Ring earthing of tower as per drawing, specification etc. complete with labour and material of standard gauge by making pit @ 1.0 m from building/Cwall & 1.0 m depth using G.I flat of size 50x 5 mm covered alround with mixture of common salt and charcoal at a depth of 1 m in ground and connecting to two bolts of each leg of tower / pit earthing GI Electrode plate with G.I. flat including Acceptance & Testing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (A/T equipments, Earth metre shall be arranged by the Agency ) (The item will be paid after successful completion of A/T by the BSNL authority.
