Tender For Mechanical Work For Smp 1 Project 1 27018883 10 10 10 Erection of Structure 45 TO Email : harit.mehta@amns.in Contact : Name : Harit Mehta Item Details : Job Description: • Clearing site and preparation for Erection. • Shifting the material from stores, to and from sand blasting yard, loading and unloading of the Material, cutting to size, Edge pr eparation, Leak proof welding. • Complete erection as per the drawing. In-case of any mismatch, correction, during erection the correction/matching will be in the scope of the contractor, Site painting by brush (after welding and grinding of the erected assembly will be done by contractor. • Visual preparation, by finishing, grinding extra material, Dimensional inspection and report preparation. • Proper leveling <(>&<)> alignment to be done. Tolerances of more than ±5 mm for level <(>&<)> ±1mm for horizontal <(>&<)> lateral alignment are not allowed. • Visual inspection, Dimensional Inspection and Erection Inspection report sign-up • Shifting the final product remains to Stores or location as per the requirement. Scope: • Welding machine, cutting set, all tools tackles, jigs and fixtures, Pressure testing equipment, measurement equipment will be in the scope of contractor. • All consumables like but not limited to welding rod, Gas for cutting grinding wheel will be in the scope of contractor. • Contractor shall provide all services inclusive of all equipment (hydra, crane, trailer, man-lifter etc.), tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables (other than those specifically mentioned by AMNS) required for the job. • Use e-7018 welding electrodes for all welding jobs. • Scaffolding services/safety net are in contractor’s scope. • Contractor should deploy required amount of skilled manpower to finish the job within the stipulated timeline. Contractor should provide manpower deployment schedule. • Contractor shall complete the job as per the approved specifications, drawings, and as per the direction <(>&<)> satisfaction of AMNS engineer-in-charge. • Contractor shall ensure for housekeeping/cleaning of the area including cleaning /removing the debris/scrap/waste and used material and shifting the same/surplus materials to the location specified or shown by the engineer, area in charge. Bill certification will be only done after complete housekeeping. • Contractor shall ensure safety of his personnel <(>&<)> follow all safety measures prescribed and shall provide for all safety requirements as per the demands of the services rendered at your own cost with all required PPE’s (personal protective equipment). • Contractor shall ensure that all the tools and tackles deployed are certified by competent authority for use in factory. Scope: • AMNS will provide material required for the fabrication like plate, sheet, I beam channel. • Welding machine, cutting set, all tools tackles, jigs and fixtures, Pressure testing equipment, measurement equipment will be in the scope of contractor. • All consumables like but not limited to welding rod, Gas for cutting grinding wheel will be in the scope of contractor. • Contractor shall provide all services inclusive of all equipment, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables (other than those specifically mentioned by AMNS) required for the job. • Use e-7018 welding electrodes for all welding jobs. • 10% radiography of the finished product is in the scope of contractor. • Dimensional tolerances (including bending, twisting, skewing, wave tolerances) of more than ±1 mm are not allowed for structure fa brication. After sandblasting one coat of primer <(>&<)> 2 coats of paint to be applied. • Inspection will be done and certification of the proper sandblasting to be signed by AMNS. Painting /Primer Application shall be only started after the Sand Blasting Certification signed by AMNS. • Inspection will be done and certification of the proper Painting/ Primer Application to be signed by AMNS. Painting /Shifting the material shall be only started after the Sand Blasting Certification signed by AMNS. • Shifting the final product /paint remains to Stores or location as per the requirement. • AMNS will provide required amount of Paint, Thinner, Primer. • All Equipment like Compressor, painting gun, Hoses and Sand Blasting equipment, all tools-tackle for lifting and shifting, Packing, Support, jigs and fixtures, measurement equipment will be in the scope of contractor. • All consumables like but not limited to Copper slag, Diesel, oil or anything other than (Paint, Thinner or Primer) will be in the scope of contractor. • Contractor shall provide all services inclusive of all equipment, tools <(>&<)> tackles, consumables (other than those specifically mentioned by AMNS) required for the job. Scope of work for Scaffolding Services • Clearing site and preparation for scaffolding. And handing over site after removal of the scaffolding completely clean. • Shifting the material from stores, loading and unloading of the Material. • Complete scaffolding as per the AMNS instruction manual and will be considered complete after certification from the scaffolding c ertification engineer. • Both side open margin of 500mm will be maintained on all pipes. • Contractor should strictly adhere to the scaffolding standard laid by AM/NS India. • Contractor shall provide pipes and clamps, safety net, rope, aluminum ladders and all material required for making scaffolding. Special Scope of Work for Contractor (Applicable for all Fabrication, Erection, Dismantling, Sheeting, Commissioning etc. Jobs) • AM/NS India will provide plate/sheet, rolled section, Fasteners required for fabrication <(>&<)> Erection of various items. • Primer, Paint <(>&<)> Thinners will be supplied by AM/NS India. • All types of Cranes, Hydra, Trailer, Man-lifter, (Lifting <(>&<)> Shifting equipment) are in contractor’s scope. • All equipment deployed must in be new condition and strictly adhere to guidelines suggested by AM/NS India.
