Remove the rail clamps on both sides.,, 8,,Remove the fish plate on both sides of the joints and ensure freeness of the rail. ,, 9,,Shift the old rail aside and take the new rail in position with the help of manpower.,, 10,,Check the alignment of the rail and joint. If required, glozing must be done on end to match the joint.,, 11,,Provide the rail clamp and tighten the clamp bolts.,, 12,,Provide the fish plate in joint and tighten the fish plate bolts.,, 13,,Shift the old rail to designated place with HAFA service hoist & HYDRA.,, 14,,Remove prepared scaffolding, if any. Ensure no loose material lying on crane, Walkway & Working area.,, 15,,Shift the removed Equipment / Scrap to designated repair area / Scrap Area. Vendor has to monitor behaviour of associates periodically from HSE point of view and ensure required correction. All the associate must have height pass. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass.,, ,, f.,,Penalty for non-compliance: Penalty will be recovered from the monthly payment if vendor is not able to achieve required service levels as mentioned below: - If vendor will delay in job execution / equipment refurbishment as per plant requirement. Job to be carried out anytime (24X7, 365Days). - If vendor does not deploy the required specified quantity & quality of manpower as per RFQ or a person deployed is not reporting to the duty. - While normal duty hours are 8 per day, more than 16 hours continuous duty is not allowed on any day. - If safety violation during job execution. Minimum 3% penalty will be applicable on a monthly bill value. Penalty in two consecutive months will make contractor eligible for either termination of contract or penalty more than 10%.,, Item Note :
