Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning of single sided P4 digital hoarding board of size 6.16 m x 3.28 m; LED Active Area : 5.76 m x 2.88 m having4 mm pixel pitch with RGB SMD 1921 with a physical resolution of 62500 pixels Sq Mtrs having cabinet resolution of 240 x 240 pixels with all accessories. The screen should handle the feed in multiple ways which means the screen can be divided into different portions to show different feeds and in next frame can make one video/graphic feed run on the entire screen with automatically generated Real Time information of live weather, Social Media Updates, other feed as required automatically using a site processor embedded system. The provided solution should have capability of having split screens with Live & Static data displayed simultaneously. Windows based Standard APIs for Dynamic Communication between the Hosted Manager Application and the media display at the Locations, Software to Push Images/Videos and Messages to the Displays and view reports and Live Screen grab (latest content) displayed on the screens with real time Report Viewing for connectivity and Content download status. Item also includes providing necessary Weather proof Junction Box at the base of the column. IOC shall provide cable of required size upto the Junction Box. Termination of cable (on both ends) shall be in the scope of the vendor.Item also includes Designing, Supply and Installation of hoarding box frame structure (front open) of size 6.16 m x 3.28 m on single pole as per design ( of 450 MM Dia heavy duty MS pipe min.) with clear height from foundation 4.50mtr along with 0.75 Mtr wide working platform gantry (with MS gratings) for the entire legth of the hoarding board with 0.80Mtr height railing having 40NB dia MS pipe handrail, 6 mm thick x 75 mm wide toe guard and middle member. Hoarding frame to have cabinets of size 0.96 m x 0.96 m with handle & locking arrangement on the rear side. Railing to have 40 mm dia vertical posts at every 2 metres interval, with a provision of one 750 mm wide openable gate for man entry onto the gantry. The hoarding structure should take working load of digital hoarding & dead load of 200 Kg. MS pole to have 35 mm thick base plate &20 mm thick anchor plate.Wind speed of 180 KMPH may be considered for design purpose. Entire structure including pole to be painted with 2 coats of redoxide zinc phosphate primer & 2 coat of finish paint in Black.Attached drawing is for reference purpose.Note : Sucessful Bidder to submit design of the structure duly vetted by registered structural Engineer within 10 days of issuance of LOA, for approval by IOC.Item also includes Design and Construction of M25 RCC foundation with foundation bolts for installation of Digital hoarding board with structure. SBC value of8 T/M2 or as per actual site condition whichever is lower may be considerded for design purpose.Item also include necessary excavation, lean concrete, shuttering, backfilling and making good the surface as per approved Design/Drawing Supply, laying and erection of two earth pits as per IS 3043 (with 80 NB heavy duty GI pipe, salt, charcoal, earth pit with GI cover etc), laying 32x6mm GI strips to the digital board for proper earthing from both the pits.
