    Replacement Of Mechanical Components Of 30000 Gph X 250 Meter Head Hc Pump Set Of Pumping Station Sounthian Stage-1St- 1 Replacement of mechanical components of 30000 GPH x 250 metre head pump set installed at pumping station Sounthian stage-1st.The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame, suction and delivery, plugging for back flow and carriage of complete unit to road side by using hydra crane, tools and tackles,manual labour and then shifting to workshop by mechanical transport. Dismantling the pump and extraction of damaged parts. Replacement of damaged shaft by way of providing and fitting of new shaft and thenturning and finishing it to the bearing size as per sample. Replacement of damaged / wornout components by way of providing/ fabrication and fitting of new impellers-5nos., diffusers 4 nos., impeller bushes-5nos., protection sleeves 2no., neck ring-2nos., gland plates-2nos. alongwith providing and fitting of new bearings 7312 and 312 at NDE and DE side. Job further includes replacement of damaged brackets of DE and NDE side of the pumps by way of providing and fitting of new brackets as per sample.Job also includes repair to suction and delivery of pump.Repair to, pump bodies by drilling, tapping, turning, finishing to diffuser size. Job further includes replacement of damaged coupling pulley and then providing, fitting and turning of new coupling pulley as per sample. Assembling the unit and shifting back to site of installation using hydra crane tools and tackles and manual labour. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
