(2) Rates quoted by / payable to agency shall be inclusive of all taxes (except GST), duty, travel, boarding, lodging, transportation and all other expenses incurred by Agency. The charges of electronic/multimedia tracking of news coverages will be included in the offered price. (3) Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable in this contract shall be payable additionally by UPMRC. This shall be claimed by agency in their bill as per the prevailing applicable rate of GST. Agency will submit their monthly / quarterly return of GST to UPMRCL and difference in GST claimed if any in the bills shall be adjusted by UPMRC in next month bill. (4) Necessary TDS shall be deducted as per applicable rates. |
