Hiring of Expert from M/s FLOWSERVE PUMP

Hiring charges for expert Service Engineer:The Service Engineer shall be available to work at site at the agreed rates for normal working days i.e from Monday-Saturday. Normal Working Hours shall be from 8AM to 5PM.

Overtime Charges:Overtime Charges shall be paid after working overtime beyond normal working hours.The overtime charges shall be paid on per hour basis for working on Sundays/Holidays.

Lodging/Boarding charges:Lodging/Boarding of the service Engineer has to be arranged by the agency at their own expenses and the charges for the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL on Actual based on submission of original documentary proofs.Maximum limit is the SOR amount

Travelling charges (To & fro charge, per visit):Travelling charges from Vendor\"s site(To & Fro charges) to be paid as per actual based on submission of original documentary proofs.Maximum limit is the SOR amount.

Local travelling charges (per day basis):Local travelling charges from Accomodation to BR site and back shall be reimbursed based on submission of original documentary evidences.Maximum limit is the SOR amount.

Commissioning Supervision charges of pump in presence of expert Service Engineer of M/s Flowserve make pumps:The Service Engineer shall be available to work at site at the agreed rates for Normal Working Hours shall be from 8AM to 5PM.
