Supply of LIFT materials & Installation. 2) Minor civil works such as construction of buffer block in the pit, machine foundation in the machine , foundation necessary for mounting the control panel, core cutting, cutting pockets and grouting brackets for guide rails, cutting pockets and grouting boxes for control units in the front side. This does not include correction of wall opening on the front side of the wall. 3) Scaffolding. 4) Free servicing for 36 months after commissioning. 5) Temporary electric supply for installation of lift. Electric supply for testing and commissioning of lift is to be arranged by the firm on their own account. 6) Supply of booklet with complete details of maintenance schedule and control diagram. 7). Giving training to department Staff for attending trouble shooting. 8) obtaining Scheme approval as well as energization certificate from the electrical inspectorate including preparation of necessary drawing for the same. Necessary fee shall be remitted to the inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department including taking insurance for one year as per lift rule. 9) door frames.27) Guarantee- Company shall carry out free maintenance during 36 months of warranty period which shall also include, 1) Cleaning Lift Equipment, 2) Lubricating all required machineries/Equipment's, 3) Replacing of Lubricating oil when required, 4) replacing fusible items, alarm etc. 5)Recharging/ replacing batteries in case of such requirements. 6) replacing/Rewiring motor if required. 7) Replacing/renewing all defective part of the lift including V3F Drive unit if necessary |
