Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting (One or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade

Painting one or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) on old work including cleaning the surface with water etc.complete.

Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint of steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on old work to give an even shade.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumming ground withing 50m lead.

Cuddappah stone slab machine cut flooring over 20mm (average) thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete - 25 mm thick.

Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with marble chips of sizes upto 6 mm in floor on 25 mm thick bed of lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime putty : 2 coarse sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing completed.
