Auction Sale of Property - All that piece and parcel of Open land (Final Plot No 153/2 Paiki) situated in Survey No 470/2/1 Paiki admeasuring an area of 4199 Sq metres and falls under commercial Zone (C-3) of TPS No 7 in Sargasan, behind Ashwamegh Complex, near Sargasan Circle, S.G. Highway, Gandhinagar.Note :Property being a vacant plot, ISARC is having only symbolic possession under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.(a) The above property was part of larger extent land admeasuring 12,260 Sqm which is mortgaged to Canara Bank / ISARC. (b) Portion of the property ie to the extent of 5800 Sq metres which was part of the original larger extent of mortgaged land of 12,260 Sqm, was alienated subsequent to the mortgage. On account of litigation regarding alienated portion of the land admeasuring 5800 Sq m which was stayed by Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat as per the Order passed in FA No 5264/2007 and hence, the alienated portion of 5800 Sq m is not part of this sale as it is sub judice.(c) Portion of the Land of the mortgagedproperty was acquired by GUDA to the extent of 1591 Sqm and hence, the same is not available for sale.(d) Boundaries of 4199 Sq M which is subject matter of this E-Auction sale is yet to be demarcated. The exercise is not carried out and the property is put on “As is where is” and “Whatever there is and no recourse basis”.
