    Tender For Construction And Delivery Of Frp/ Wooden Fibre Coated Boats With The Specifications Given Below, 1. Item of work FRP Power Boats with 25 HP OBM Fibreglass Boat of 20 persons capacity or 2000 Kg Cargo, Length 8.50 Mtr., Breadth 2.50 mtr., Depth 1.10 Mtr. with OBM fitting arrangement. The fully strengthened hull will be one piece GRP moulding with mirror finish and having single planning hull configuration. All scantlings will confirm to rules and regulations of IRS for Reinforced plastic vessels. Deck made out of fiberglass with mirror finish with moulded colour. Good quality polyester resin. Colour pigments, catalysts and accelerators of good quality marine grade should be provided. Wheel house located at forward of passenger cabin with remote steering control. Bench at the both sides and one forward facing seat for driver. Boat cabin having detachable type, stainless steel framing and canvas canopy. 20 Nos. of life jackets and 2 Nos of Lifebuoys, Emergency Lamp points/ sockets- 1 No. of Fire extinguisher 2 Nos. of Anchor with nylon rope as per IRS norms. Boat fitted with search light for night navigation. Siren for SOS messages. No skid fiberglass flooring for walking area. All around rubber fender SS cleats-3 Nos. 2 Nos. of oars, Forward and aft side S.S railing. OBM-25 HP4- stroke petrol driven, electric start, reputed make of Mercury/ Mariner/ Yamaha. The items to be new, unused and suiting to latest design and specifications. The firms should have adequate experience of supplying the similar boats to any Govt./ Semi Govt. or Public Sector Undertakings. The drawing, design to be approved by IRS/LRS/ IITs.
