15Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
16Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

19Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete including cost of all materialsall labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting, to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer"s instructions for installation, etc., complete. as per approved drawings and standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
20Provision of an RCC M-25 Grade Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with TMT reinforcement conforming to MoRT&H specification and as per detials given IRC-5 (Fig-5,B) includingdowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board etc., as per approved drawing and at locations, directed by the Engineer, all as specified. (area-0.243 sqm/mtr, single phase)including curing, cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
21Tubular Steel Railing on Precase RCC posts, 1.2m High Above Ground Level:-Providing, fencing and erecting 50 mm dia painted steel pipe railing in 3 rows on precast M20 grade RCC vertical posts1.8 metres high (1.2 m above GL) with 3 holes 50 mm dia for pipe, fixed 2 metres centre to centre,as per approved drawing,including cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
22Tack Coat :- Tack Coat on Btuminous surface:- Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for bitumen. Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom, & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for bitumen and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
23Bituminous Concrete:-Bituminous Concrete Grading-II :- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material,excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 30-40 mm compacted thickness and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

26Boundary Pillar :-Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25-1967, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting, includingcost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
27Excavation Structure :- Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all lead, lifts,labour, spreadingusage charges of all machinerirs etc., complete. Ordinary soil Mechanical Means (Depth upto 3m) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
28PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation:- Providing & laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregates 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compated by vibration including curing,including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
29Providing & laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing & tecnical pecification for Pipe Culvert complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications, including cost of all materials, formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting,all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete. (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges) Case-I PCC Grade M15 using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete Pump and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
30Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/ prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row, including fixing collar with with cement mortar 1:2, but excluding excation, protection works, backfilling, concrte and masonry works in headwall and parapetes, including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. 1200mm dia and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

32Clearing and grubbing road land:- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness (for new roads) In area of light Jungle-By Mechanical Means usin Doze and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
33Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Brrowpits:- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, consolidation by roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete as per table 300-2 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
34Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders:- Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction ofmaximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador,consolidation by rollerincluding all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., completeand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
35Granular Sub-Base with Close /Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) Plant mix method- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost ofall materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete with lead of mixed material(Compacted thickness) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
36Wet Mix Macadam:- Plant Mix Method:-Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layersin sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% includingprotection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
37Primer Coat:-Providing and applying primer coat with SS1bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
38Tack Coat:- Tack Coat on Granular surfaces:- Providing and applying tack coat with VG 10 grade bitumenusing bitumenpressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for bitumen and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
39Dense Bituminous Macadam:- Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respectsincluding cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 50-75 mm compacted thickness and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
40Bituminous Concrete:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , except cost of primer/ tack coat - 30-40 mm compacted thickness. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
41Metal Beam Crash Barrier :-Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811, including cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., completeand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
42Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
43Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs:-Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,as per clauses including curing, cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., completeand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
44Road Studs with Lense Reflector:-Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
45Project Display Board of size 1.80x1.60M and 2.80M from ground level :-Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 vertical x 1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled coil sheet 16 guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting strengthened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron frame work on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frame works, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a Mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm, 2 Nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 Grade Cement Concrete 45cms x45cmsx60cms, 60cms below ground level and the board 2.80m from ground level (2 Nos of 3.80 Mtrs overall length each) as per approved drawing including necessary cost of letterings, labour, hire charges of machineries transportation, loading and unloading with all other incidential charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineerand as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work
