SCOPE OF WORK VENDOR: Conarc Platform Lancer at Phase-1 & Phsase-2 with High Production Volume Maintain 1 Lancer per shift is at Conarc Platform between Phase-1 & Phase-2 (Total 4 Shells). 1 Lancer X 3 Shift = 3 Lancers are required for the following Jobs with High Volume of Production at Conarc. (W-Off Reliever to be Strictly Maintain by Contractor) 1. Top Lance Skull Cutting after Completion of Blowing Operations and Removal of Skull from 9 MTR in the Scrap Box. 2. Top Lance Cutting at Top Lance Preparation area for Readiness of Top Lance. 3. Conarc Delta Jam Cutting and Removal from Top Lance Parking Area. 4. Conarc Roof Jam Cutting. 5. Furnace Jam Cutting at Shell Preparation Area for Fast Preparation of Shell. 6. EBT Jam Lancing during Emergency. 7. Top Lance Platform Jam Cutting & Removal 8. All PPES 9. All Transportation of Man & Material in vendor scope up to the department gate (Bus/vehicle facility). 10. WC Policy / Group Insurance 11. Manpower to be deployed as per Competency Matrix latest revision. 12.Mobile Phone (Simple) Should be provided to authorized person (As per approved by HOD) SCOPE OF WORK AMNS INDIA: 1. Provide consumables for Lancing Jobs. 2.Timely Execution of Work on Site. 3.Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be Cardinally measured. 4.Specific penalty in case of non-compliance with HSE norms / Safety violation. 5.Specific Penalty for Non-Conformity of work. 6.Penalty shall be imposed in case of Non-competency Matrix Latest Revision. 7.If any property damage occurs while Lancing penalty shall be imposed. 8.Unauthorised mobile phone caught by security and department personnel will be penalized and lead to suspension. 9.Mobile pass will be issued by department as approved by HOD.
