As per instruction of AMNS engineer pumps jobs to be started after getting the work permit. 2. Suction valve and bellow, discharge valve, Non return valve, and bellows removal, care to be taken for the valves and Bellows while removal that no damage of the spares. 3. After cleaning valves, suction and discharge spools / reducers, removal of scaling operation to be checked out side only, if operation is ok, in-charge AMNS will give the clearance for fixing back. If operation is not smooth valve / NRV to be replaced. 4. Bellows inspection by AMNS engineer and clearance for re-fixing, if damaged replacement to be done. 5. after re fixing, valves operation to be checked by AMNS engineer and final tightening clearance will be given, if operation is not proper valve to be removed and proper position of the valve to be done and again operation to be checked and confirmed by AMNS engineer. 6. As per clearance or instruction from AMNS engineer. All valves, bellows to be boxed up and final tightening to be done. 7. Any damage of spools / reducers to be fabricated and replaced as per AMNS Engineer instruction. 8. After all pump house related jobs over leak test to be done, if any leak the contractors have to do as per call. 9. Tools, tackles, consumables and scaffolding are in Contractor scope. GENERAL SCOPE: • All tools, tackles, consumables like cutting gas, welding electrod • Cutting set, welding machines is in the scope of contractor, cutting set should be with back fire arrester and welding machine should be with 4 core power cable to be certified by department electrical engineer. • Scaffolding require in the job is in the scope of contractor. • All the scrape to be shifted to scrape yard and balance unused items to be shifted to workshop as per the in charge instruction hydra to be arranged to shift the scrape and new pipes from the stores. • Contractor to arrange competent man power only including supervisor for carrying out the job. • Agency has to comply all safety and security rules as and when persist. • Agency has to arrange valid gate pass through SCRUM only. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor.
