Area of work: Quality Department : CRM_DSC_HSM_CSP <(>&<)> Ports Product scope : The scope of work include carrying out Online inspection of HR Pickled and Oiled product, Cold rolled ( CRCA <(>&<)> CRFH ) product, Galvanized product in coil <(>&<)> sheet form, Hot rolled product in coil and Sheet/Plate form, Shot blasted and primer coated plates being produced for EXPORT as per Sale order requirement and guidelines issued by respective Quality In-charge / Head . Scope of Work for Third party Agency : a) Review of L/C, proforma invoice, purchase order, work order, Sale order, TDC to understand the exact requirement of order. b) Scope of Quality Inspection – · 100% Online Inspection during production of EXPORT material of HRPO, CRFH, CRCA and Galvanized coils ( MANDATORY <(>&<)> NON MANDATORY ) For HRPO, CRFH, CRCA and Galvanized sheets : 10% sheets shall be inspected. · 10% Online Inspection for HR products : Coils and Sheets / Plates ( MANDATORY <(>&<)> NON MANDATORY ) · 10% Online Inspection for Shot blasted and Primer coated sheets / plates ( MANDATORY <(>&<)> NON MANDATORY ) Definition : NON MANDATORY export orders : Means product shall be exported but that country or customer does not require third party inspection and certification. How-ever to add value to exported product we are getting material inspected and certified by third party. ( you ) Following documents to be issued ( for internal records ) : - Release Note - Loading supervision report - Review <(>&<)> endorsement of mill test certificate Definition : MANDATORY export orders : Means product shall be exported and Third party inspection is MANDATORY either due to importing country rules or third party inspection and certification is required by Importing Customer All documents as described in NON MANDATORY export orders shall also be covered in MANDATORY export order. For such orders you shall be required to issue COC ( Certificate of Conformity ) and / or COI ( Certificate of Inspection : Note : For issuing COC and / or COI separate billing shall be done <(>&<)> is not included in this contract of material inspection. Any material suspended for salvaging will be 100% inspected for rectification. c) Dimensional check during production as per the relevant specification <(>&<)> sampling as per defined frequency d) Verification of Coil / packet weight during production and after packing. e) Hard punching and sticker pasting as per requirement f) Witnessing of tests applicable as per relevant specification, Sale order and technical delivery conditions / contractual requirements. g) Physical identification of material on labels and shipping marks provided on coils with reference to relevant order. h) Inspection of packing and verification shipping marks on material as per relevant documents. i) Review of mill test certificates as per Sale order and TDC requirement j) Order wise issuance of release / discrepancy note for the offered and inspected quantity once the order is completed. k) Container stuffing and Loading supervision ( vessel / barge ) at Plant and / or Port : 100% for Mandatory order <(>&<)> for non-mandatory order as and when required or as required by customer / order requirement l) In case of any customer claim / complaint and in case of proven negligence on the part of the service provider in the inspection of material, the service provider shall inspect the equivalent tonnage of material free of cost in subsequent orders. Deputing competent inspectors who will be primarily accessed for competency by AMNS India QC in-charges / HOD. At least Diploma or graduate with 2 years of relevant experience in Hot and cold rolled products shall be required. To suffice the existing scope, minimum 3 persons per shift will be provided by vendor. One on each galvanizing line and one common for other areas <(>&<)> one dedicated person in G shift. Calibrated measuring instruments, tools, tackles <(>&<)> all required PPEs shall be in service providers scope. It is the sole responsibility of vendor to deploy correct/right set of skilled resources as per competency matrix for all jobs/works being executed by him at various sites of AMNS Hazira Complex as indicated in MSA document. List of personal protective equipment (PPEs) to be used for the job / work : Safety helmet – HDPE/ FRP Spectacle type safety goggles with plain glass Disposal type dust/gas mask Hand gloves-14- canvas Ear muff Ear plug Chemical resistant PVC suit / apron Industrial safety shoes high ankle Your person should wear proper PPE at the time of entering shop floor/plant, if any violation found, serious action/penalty shall be imposed. Computer / Desktop / Laptop, report books and other stationary items shall be in the scope of service provider All medical and / or Covid Testing <(>&<)> use of medical PPEs shall be in the scope of service provider Transportation and stay arrangement of deputed inspectors shall be in the scope of service provider Third party selected for Export material online inspection job shall have to recruit persons (inspectors) on their own payroll either on FTE (Fixed term employment) or FTC (Fixed term contract)and shall be required to submit copy of appointment letter of all inspectors to AMNSIL Contracts and user deptartment-QAQC Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor.
