A) Scrapping and cleaning of old tar-felt from surface of shed No. 3 & 4 by help of wire brush/ scrappers/Suitable tools. (Area - 940.00 m2)B) Collection all old, scrapped tar-felt after cleaning and disposal at least 100m away from Central Store.

Supply & Laying of one layer Tar-felt of Grade-3 (Make- Shalimar or equivalent), on cleaned and well prepared surface at junction of wall & roof made up of tin sheets as per direction of Engineer-_In charge including necessary overlap after applying one coat of mastic paint (tar-coal) below the tar felt and one coat on the top of the tar felt including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. All overlapping shall be sealed by hot mastic paint complete in all aspect in shed No. 3 & 4.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc.requiredfor proper completion of work

Painting with two coats with ‘A’ Class quality enamel paint after one coat of primer, on outer vertical front & back surface including both gates (only outside) of shed no 3 & 4 after proper scrubbing & Cleaning on surface

Providing of semi-skilled labors for cleaning of grass and unwanted plant around the shed no. 3 & 4
