| 12 | Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 Mtrs long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. |
| 13 | Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 33 kV 800A, DB AB Switch along with Support Insulators, Arcing Horns, down Pipe with all required accessories like M.S channel 100x50 mm, MS Angles 50x50x6, clamps etc. complete as required. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing of danger plate shall be made from mild steel sheet of at least 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enameled white paint with letters, figures and the conventional skull and cross-bones in signal red color Danger notice board of size 250 X 200 mm etc as required. |
| 15 | Providing Earthing at each pole with Spiral Earth Electrode/Coil of (4mm thick having 115 turns of 50mm dia length of 460mm) having free length of 2.5 mtr GI wire at one end coil connected to GI wire projecting from pole frame to be erected at a distance of 1.2m from pole foundation with depth of 1.5m from ground level etc as required. |
