Pumping Machinery For Solar Bore Well At. Pathardi, Tq- Kallam, Dist- Dharashiv- 1 Item No- 01:- Providing, erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motorconforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitablefor working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump setshall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturers design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall beprovided with the pump. 3 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. 2 Item No- 02:- Supplying & erecting automatic control panel for 3 Phase ,415 volt, A.C, Submersible/centrifugal pump set up to 7.5 HP consisting of DOL starter having relay range 9-14 AMP,S.P.P., Combined ammeter/ voltmeter, phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated Vibration proof enclosure withIP 54 protection. Control Panel should offer single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance etc 3 Item No- 03:- Supplying & erecting flat flexible 3 core 4 sq.mm PVC sheathed submersible type copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals with column pipe assembly complete. 4 Item No- 04:- Providing and supplying ISI mark CI D/F reflux valves (non-return valves ) of following dia including railway freight, inspection charges, unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, transportation upto departmental stores, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. 5 Item No- 05:- Providing and fixing H.D.P container Syntex or alike one piecemoulded water tank made out of low density polythyler and built corrugation including of delivery up to destination hoisting and fixing of accessories such as inlet, outlet overflow of all tanks capacity above 1000 to 20,000 litres 6 Item No- 06:- Providing and supplying for Douri / Rassi for Bore Well Pump Complete
