1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), with all leads and lifts carriage complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion (i) Single socketed pipes (110 mm diametre)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, External work including trenching, refilling etc.
