2j) NSRY Pump House- 01 Nos k)SNC "O" Mess Pump House- 01 Nos l)60 ‘G’ Pump House - 01 Nos m) 96 "G" Pump House- 01 Nos n)900 Men Pump House - 01 Nos o)HQ Venduruthy Pump House - 01 Nos NOTE FOR DAILY ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TASK:- a)Checking of all parts of the plants for its functional properly. b)Calibrating and dozing the plant to obtain variable dosage upto 0.50 PPM c)Testing of chlorinated supply water for correct dosage minimum upto 2 PPM or as required in Main pumping installation at KB to maintained 0.5 PPM at users end. d)Records of testing of dosage with time shall be maintained properly. e)Plant serviceability /Maintenance records shall be maintained properly for each plant. f)Tradesman employed shall be have ITI certification from any recognised institution / Minimum two years’ experience for operating the pump set from any prestigious firm /Govt or semi Govt organization. g)Spares repair/replacement shall be measured and paid separately. h) The rate of consumable minor spares shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
3Material and labour for disconnecting of unserviceable dozing granular motor agitator of capacity 0.5 HP from mixture dozing tank complete opening the unserviceable motor agitator at site to located the fault and then transporting to the local work shop. Opening and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F" class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating up to varnish fully dry properly. Re-assembling the motor agitator and testing at workshop after complete repairs work and transported back and installed at site as per existing position and testing compete without any leakage all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
4Supply only dozing granular motor agitator of capacity 0.5 HP all as specified and directed. Make: - Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd CAT PT No 042009 A or Equivalent make approved by GE.
5Supply only roller assembly complete. Make:- Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd Cat Pt No MC3ASYD or equivalent Make approved by GE.
6Supply only pump tube complete all as specified and directed Make:- Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd Cat Pt No MCCP207 or equivalent Make approved by GE.
7Supply only dozing injection check valve of size 3/8"complete all as specified and directed Make:- Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd Cat Pt No MCINJ38 or equivalent Make approved by GE.
8Supply only white suction and discharge tube of size 3/8” all as specified and directed Make:-Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd Cat Pt No MALT002 or equivalent Make approved by GE.
9Supply only calcium hypo chlorite 65% to 75% chlorine content in granular form complete all as specified
10Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from single phase pump sets motor and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation and strip opening the unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and then transporting to the local work shop. Opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original standard wire gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F’ class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator till varnish fully dry properly. Re-assembling the motor and opening the pump side cleaning replacing the worn-out ball bearing, gun metal bush one, water seal, necessary packing etc which ever be required to making serviceable of pump sets, re-assembling pump with motor and installed to the pump set at site after complete repairs work as per existing position and testing compete without any leakage in delivery and suction side all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge of capacity 0.5 HP to 01 HP.
11All as per Serial item No 9 above but of capacity 1.5 to 2 HP
12Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from three phase centrifugal Monoblock/coupled pump sets motor and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation, strip opening the unserviceable motor at site to locate the fault and transporting to the local work shop. Strip opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original wire gauge super enamelled copper wire including high quality ‘F" class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator up to varnish fully dry and testing the motor at work shop up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Coupled the motor with pump and installed at site as per existing position. Testing the pump set after complete work all as specified and directed of capacity 03 HP

26Disconnecting the three-phase electric supply from panel board and taking out the burned panel board wiring, removing the unserviceable parts like, Contactor, relays, timers, push button, NO/NC volt coils, Thermal over load relays etc and replace the same which be required to make 100% serviceability of starter of Capacity 3 to 7.5 HP.

33Dismantling centrifugal horizontal pump set broken coupling and supply and fix the same love joy coupling with rubber RFC 13/RFC 15/RB 320-12 suitable for any type and capacity all as specified and directed.
34Taking out old cast iron/brass foot valve from the suction side of the pump set from the sump and supply and fix Cast Iron body foot valve threaded/flanged including necessary fittings, packing etc which ever be required for fixing including making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and direct at site of size 50mm bore.

67Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type PCC 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) including formwork and scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.
68Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, including even & smooth finish (without using extra lime or cement) using cement plaster of 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
69Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates, fabrication from structural steel sections, C channel any size for making Pumps foundation including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint (Blue colour) including taking out old petted corroded complete all as specified and directed.
70Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60X60cmX 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

(b)All the required safety measures to be adopted including qualified engineer by the contractor while working on high rise structures.
76Material & Labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw all as specified and directed.
77Supply & Fix junction box made of glass fibre reinforced and transparent polycarbonate of size 126 x 228 x 111 mm KVPC8104 with IP 65 protection including cable connector and suitable size clamps fixing for pole/in PCC foundation including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete (Make: Hensel)
78Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 6 Sqmm 2 core with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.
79Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
80Returning, filling in excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

83Supply and laying well burnt bricks class-B laid flat to cover the cable width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cables all as specified and as directed.
84Supply & fix light grade GI Tubing of size 32 mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut bolts, including disconnecting and taking down existing pipe and removing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
85Supply and fixing in replacement of chlorine dozing tank of 100 litres capacity made out of FRP/PE body including lid containing port hole for pouring chlorination chemical and water when necessary and provision for mounting of motor at proper angle and dozing pump on lid/wall completely all as specified Make: Declibac Cat part No: ADS 100, Model No: ADS-I or equivalent
86Disconnect and replace unserviceable priming arrangement for pump set of any size with necessary GI nipple, brass valve including necessary GI pipe connection of existing size complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
