Assembling the channel marker buoy of size 1.25m dia , fixing the mooring gears like chain, swivel, D shackles as required, loading in the departmental boat/ barge transporting the site, installing the buoy, laying the anchors as directed and erection the navigational lights etc. cost of all labour charges, minor tools but excluding the cost of buoy and accessories which will be supplied by the department free of cost etc.complete
