R.C.C (1:2:4) : M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type m-20, 1:2:4 mix ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings , balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like excluding use and waste of necessary formwork as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Form work : M&L for Useof wooden form workto soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work ; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) and similar work as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Boarding : S & F25mm thick hardwood 2nd class boarding both side planed fixed with nails in any situation as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Wood work : M & L for providing wood work Plain, solid, straight , wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints,of any size any description with 2nd class hardwood all as complete and all as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Neat cement finish : M & L for applying cement slurry on plastared or concrete surface to have the surfaces even & smooth as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Ceiling plastering (1:4) : M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 mix in ceiling or concrete surfaces of any description as ordered by EIC/SIC

Plastering(1:6) : M&L for providing 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 mix on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height as ordered by EIC/SIC

Washable distempering: M & L for applying two coat of washable distemper of 1st quality; make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent and approvedshade after necessary preparatory work with cement primer to distempering on wall and ceilingas ordered by EIC/SIC.

Demolition of RCC : Labour only for demolition of reinforced cement concrete/terrazzoof any description and in any position and removing the same out off the work site as orderd by EIC/SIC.
