25	Double Skinned Floor Mounted DX TYPE Air Handling Units with Inbuilt Starter Panel
26	Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of factory assembled/ modular EUROVENT certified Double skin-floor mounted Air handling Units (AHU) complete with double skin 50mm thick insulated with Rockwool panel of 38±2 kg/cum density sandwiched between 0.8mm thick Alu Zinc inner & 0.8mm precoated GI outer sheets. The AHU casing shall comply to Eurovent standard EN 1886 for casing strength D1, casing Air leakage L1, Thermal Bridging factor TB2, Thermal Transmittance T2 & filter bypass leakage F9. The control wiring and power wiring shall be in the scope of OEM AHU manufacture and to be carried out at factory with terminations to Marshalling box.
27	Food grade self adhesive coated EPDM gasket to be provided between panels and structure of the AHU to ensure the entire housing is airtight. 10mm heavy duty GSS base frame shall be powder coated for better aesthetics, cleaning and maintenance.
28	The AHU shall be supplied with AHU blower fans with wall mounted EC PLUG fan (EBM / Ziehl-abegg) complete with external rotor BLDC motor & integrated electronic controller, potentiometer for speed control. The fan shall be suitable for BMS connectivity. Series of multiple fans shall be considered depending upon capacity of AHU’s (as mentioned below) AHU manufacture should supply cover plate for fans in sufficient quantity for maintenance purpose. EC fan incoming supply to be terminated.
29	With MCB and shall be included in the power terminal box for electrical connection of EC fans and should be factory fitted on the AHU’s potentiometer shall be provided in the marshalling box for manual operation of EC fans. Relay for AUTO/MANUAL operation should be a part of marshaling box supplied by the AHU manufacture.
30	DX Type coils 6 Row deep suitable for connecting with VRV/VRF . Face velocity across the coils should not exceed 500 FPM. Cooling coils shall be constructed from premium quality seamless copper tubes 12.5mm thickness dia and aluminum fins of 0.21mm thickness of 12FPI, AS PER SPECS, UV Emitters with reflectors to be fixed on the coil surface with removable extruded aluminum frames.
31	Filters section should be consisting of pre filter and fine filter( Rigid Bag Type) in aluminium casing. Pre filter shall be with non woven sysnthetic media of 10 micron article size with an efficiency of 90 % . Fine and microvee filter section shall be with filters of non woven synthetic media 3 micron particle size of efficiency of 99%.
32	AHU should have marine lamp including adequately rated LED light fitting inside the AHU cabinet. AHU inspection door should have view window with perfectly sealed gaskets on either side to ensure air tightness. All AHUs shall be provided with door limit switch and also door safety GI guard. All internals shall be powder coated for corrosion resistance.
33	Control panel to be provided with a rotary switch to ON/OFF the fan through manual by override. Apart from that there will be an option to ON/OFF AHU by controller keypad and also from BMS. A potentiometer with auto/manual switch to be provided so an override of fan speed through manual should be possible Main incoming MCB, Individual MCB for each fan, busbar, 1 no. Contactor to distribute power to individual fan should be provided. A SMPS with terminal fuse protected will be used powering up the controller. All Common alarms will be displayed on controller.
34	Isolators Vibration isolators shall be provided to all air handling units. The fan and motor framework shall be isolated from the AHU framework by means of spring type vibration isolators. The AHU shall be mounted on 6-inch-high PCC block suitable for weight of the AHU. The platform shall be 4 inch bigger than the AHU frame size from all sides. The framework of the AHU and the P.C.C. block shall be isolated by means of neoprene mats of size 150mmx150mm in two layers with 16g G.S.S. sheet sandwiched in between.
