Pictures to be captured by at least 3 (three) photographers in the main stage and total mela ground. • Supply on hire basis 3 (three)high definition photo cameras and 3 (three)high definition video cameras including the manpower required to work with the cameras for Milan Utsav2023. • Documentation of the Milan Utsav2023 in form of video recording. Recording to be made by at least 3 (three) professional videographers covering the events in the Main Stage as well as the various points of the Milan Utsav ground. • At least 3 (three) professional photographers with 3 (three) professional cameras must be deployed in the mela ground to work in between 10 am to 8 pm each day. Scope of Work: • Documentation of the Milan Utsav 2024 in form of still pictures. He should work instantly with the pictures captured by the photographers from various points of mela ground and make it ready to hand over to various Hon’ble Guests orto be published in various media and social media. He should also prepare at least three short videos of the mela everyday by capturing various clippings at various points of the mela ground. The videos made by the person must be handed over to the concerned official of WBMDFC by end of every day. • The important events of each day as decided by the concerned official will be covered by a HD Drone camera along with the operator from the agency end. • Delivery of edited high resolution printable photos and HD quality videos instantly to the WBMDFC as and when directed by the concerned official through a single point of contact. • The vendor has to select at least 50 (fifty) high resolution printable photographs of each day covering all events and handed over to WBMDFC on the next morning. • All the photographs and video clippings captured during Milan Utsav 2024 must be categorically separated (event wise) by the selected agency on completion of the event. All photographs and video clippings are the property of WBMDFC and same has to be handed over to WBMDFC at the end of the event in an external SSD drive. These photographs and video clippings can never be used by the bidders for any purpose other than Milan Utsav. • 30 nos. of selected photographs on each event should be provided by the agency on completion of the event. • Necessary infrastructural support like stand of the cameras, various types of cables, etc. to be provided by the selected vendor.WBMDFC will not provide any type of infrastructural support to the selected bidder. • Selected agency also providesinfrastructural support to make various programs live at Zoom platform as well as various social medias like facebook, youtube etc. • All the persons to be deployed in the Milan Utsav ground by the agency must work with the direction of the nodal official of WBMDFC. The details of the official will be shared in due course. • Selected agency should provide technical support to make the program live at the LED display placed at various points of the Mela premise. They also provide the video output to the LED display after mixing the video inputs received from the video cameras provided by them. e video inputs received from the video cameras provided by them. |
