Providing labour for repairs to existing false ceiling by removing the existing false ceiling tiles and re-aligning the same in order to positionit in the existing groove and also providing additional support by tying with binding wire to the frame work, filling of gaps if any due to bending of channels using movable ladder etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Old work (one or more coats) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of False ceiling tile of same pattern and type to match with the existing false ceiling etc complete as directed by Engineer incharge
