Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Distribution Transformers, Vcb And Connected Items Of External Electric Supply At Old Amritsar Cantt-1 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for laying of HT cables complete, all as specified and as directed. 2 Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point, complete, all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply & lay DWC pipe 100 mm bore for laying of LT cables etc complete, with all accessores complete, all as specified and as directed. 5 Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting / taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type / description (indoor / outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair / rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete, core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 100 to 250 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates.(iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately.(iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheroid sheet, casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. 6 Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting / taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type / description (indoor / outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair / rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete, core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 315 to 500 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates.(iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately.(iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheroid sheet, casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. 6.01 Note for item No 5 & 6 :- (i) The transformers will be opened in presence of BOO and weight of copper coils damaged and new to be fixed will be done in presence of board officers detailed by Accepting Officer.(ii) All testing of transformers after repairs will be certified by BOO before despatch from the factory (iii) Cost of all testing etc is deemed to be incuded in quoted rate and noting extra shall be paid to contractor. 7 Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/ description ( indoor/outdoor type ) installed on four pole for carrying out necessary repair/replacement of HT/LT side bushes or any other repair as required for transformer of capacity 50 to 500 KVA including assembling & testing on completion complete, all as specified and directed. 8 Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil to 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete, all as specified and directed.Note:- Dehydration machine and other necessary equipments required shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. Record of test results after dehydration shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge 9 Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achiene dielectric strength of oil to 50 KV at 2.5mm gap complete, all as specified and directed. 10 Material & labour for copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down power transformer of any capacity, including winding of coils (HT/LT) as per the manufacturers design & specification to obtain rated KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing LT side brass stud with nuts bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete, complete, all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing LT side brass stud with nuts bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 250 to 500 KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing HT side brass stud with nuts bolts and washers for trasnformer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing HT side brass stud with nuts bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 250 to 500 KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and filling silica gel in different capacity of transformers breathers complete, all as specified and directed. 16 Material & labour for Air breather assembly complete, with fresh blue colour silcagel suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 17 Material & labour for Air breather assembly complete, with fresh blue colour silcagel suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer capacity 250 to 500 KVA complete, all as specified and directed. 18 Suppy and fixing in replacement O/C and E/F relay suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample including provision for fixing in existing panel by cutting/welding work as require at site complete, all as specified and directed. 19 M & L Shifting of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA from one place to other place from two/four pole/plinth in old Amritsar cantt area including removing and refixing of HT/LT connections complete, all as specified and directed (All T&P, hydra crane etc required for the job should be provided by contractor, the quoted rate of this item deemed to include ) 20 M & L Shifting of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA from one place to other place from two/four pole/plinth in GG fort area including removing and refixing of HT/LT connections complete, all as specified and directed (All T&P, hydra crane etc required for the job should be provided by contractor, the quoted rate of this item deemed to include) 21 Material and labour for fixing aluminium strip 40x10mm, including stainless steel bolts, washers, cutting and making hole as per the LT/HT stud of the transformer of rating 50-500kVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 Suppy and fixing Closing coil suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 23 Suppy and fixing Tripping coil suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample and specified and directed. 24 Suppy and fixing Spring charging motor with gear assembly supply 230 volts AC suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 25 Suppy and fixing FRP Vaccum Bottle Support suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 26 Suppy and fixing Space heater suitable for 630 Amp 11000 Volts VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 27 Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement of U/S meter flush type 96x96 mm digital type with LCD display including cutting/welding work all as directed at site of following type and range :- 27.01 Volt meter 11 KV, suitable for 110/240 volt AC supply suitable for showing three phase values complete, all as specified and directed. 27.02 Amp meter for 11 KV VCB 0-200 Amp complete, suitable for showing three phase values complete, all as specified and directed. 28 Electronic Buzzer with input voltage of 230 Volt AC and output noise level of 90-120 db (decibels) suitable for Control and Relay panel and VCB panel as per existing sample complete, all as specified and directed . 29 Supply and fixing VCB selector switch, TNC switch for HT VCB panel complete, all as specified and directed 30 Supply and fixed LED indicator lamp 12/24 DC or 230 AC as required as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 31 Supply and fixing glyphosate 41% SL Glykol Herbicide to remove vegatation from E/M Installations complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 32 Material and labour for recording earth resistance values of distribution transformer/GOD/LA 11KV/66KV any type strip/wire of any capacity and submitted the record to the Engineer-in-charge complete, all as specified and directed. Note: The T&P for the work to be arranged by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates. 33 Material and labour for earthing complete, with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete, all as specified and directed. NOTE: - ON TESTING AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB, IF DESIRED EARTH RESISTANCE IS NOT OBTAINED, THE EARTHING SHALL BE REDONE BY THE CONTRACTOR WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST TO GOVT. 34 Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 2.5 Sqmm 4 core PVC insulated, armoured electric cable with flexible stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade complete, including taking down old unserviceable cable any type and size complete, all as specified and directed. 35 Supplying, laying, jointing & testing 2.5 Sqmm 10 core PVC insulated, armoured electric cable with flexible stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade complete, including taking down old unserviceable cable any type and size complete, all as specified and directed. 36 Material & labour for preparing old painted surface of distribution transformer outdoor / indoor / pole mounted of capacity 100 to 500 KVA by cleaning, removing the old paint by scratching with wire brush etc and applying with spray machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge on external surfaces of the transformer and writing of letter HT / LT or HV / LV and SM / MES Nos including disconnecting and making electric connections complete, all as specified and directed.Note: (i) The compressure / spray machine and other required necessary equipments shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. 37 Material & labour for preparing old painted surface of power transformer outdoor / indoor / pole mounted of capacity 4 MVA by cleaning, removing the old paint by scratching with wire brush etc and applying with spray machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge on external surfaces of the transformer and writing of letter HT / LT or HV / LV and SM / MES Nos including disconnecting and making electric connections complete, all as specified and directed.Note: (i) The compressure / spray machine and other required necessary equipments shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. 38 Material and labour for filling fine river sand in the trench below power transformer and trencehes of HT VCB including levelling and spreading complete, all as specified and directed. 39 Supply and fixing in replacement of pin type insulator polymer insulator with capacity of 11KV and GI pin, including GI nuts,bolts and washers, binding conductor and insulator with GI wire complete, all as specified and directed. 40 Supply, installation, connecting, and testing of 11 KV single phase indoor resin cast CT of ratio 600/300/1-1A suitable for VCB as per existing type and make including taking down old unserviceable CT complete, all as specified and directed. 41 Supply, installation, connecting, and testing of 11 KV single phase indoor resin cast CT of ratio 300/150/5-5A suitable for VCB as per existing type and make including taking down old unserviceable CT complete, all as specified and directed. 42 Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable cross section area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts screened earthed, PVC E grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with alluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earthed system conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipes /ducts/ trenches,under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable any type complete, all as specified and directed. 43 Material and labour for testing and calibration of indoor type Vaccum Circuit breaker for carrying out Contact Resistance Measurement, Circuit breaker Trip time, insulation resistance and coil resistance test complete, including checking of wiring defect and rectifcation if any at site and submission of report. The quoted rates included general servicing, greasing of mechanical gears of the breaker etd at site complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note for item No 40 to 43 : (i) The cost of T&P and other expenses such as boarding and lodging of testing team etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The replacement of major parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule. 44 M&L outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shrinkable jointing material and accessories complete, suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing complete, all as specified and directed. 45 M&L outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shirnkable jointing material and accessories complete, suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing complete, all as specified and directed. 46 M&L outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shrinkable jointing material and accessories complete, suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 240 to 300 sqmm 3 core including testing after jointing complete, all as specified and directed. 47 M&L cable straight through joint box type suitable for 11 KV U/G XLPE screened PVC bedded GI Strip or wire armoured cable size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core heat shrinkable,. termination kit jointing material connected to electrical system with and including cable pieces of suitable size length, and the tap vice type compelete all as specified and directed. 48 M&L cable straight through joint box type suitable for 11 KV U/G XLPE screened PVC bedded GI Strip or wire armoured cable size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core , heat shrinkable, , termination kit jointing material connected to electrical system with and including cable pieces of suitable size length, and the tap vice type compelete all as specified and directed. 49 Supply and fixing in replacement of HT jumper of existing two/four pole structure of transformer etc using 95 Sqmm single core aluminium cable conductor , including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc as required at site complete, all as specified and directed. 50 Supply only HT fuse wire for existing two/four pole structure of transformer of suitable rating ( 5/10/15/20/25 Amp )fuse wire complete, all as specified and directed. 51 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator polymer type type switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with separating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 400 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type complete, with locking arrengement,assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engineer-in-Charge, complete, with DO fuses assembly with channel and one number operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete, with lock and two keys including flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD with nut,bolt, washers etc including taking down existing set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 52 Shifting of 11 KV VCB of any capacity any make from one sub station to other sub stn (with in 4 Kilometer) in old Amritsar cantt area including removing and refixing of HT connections complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : All T&P, hydra crane etc required for the job shall be provided by contractor, the quoted rate of this item deemed to be included) 53 M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete, to make clear span of 2 metre of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (iii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iv) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesman to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it and he has to compensate damages. 54 M&L for checking of HT UG 11 KV XLPE faulty cable with HT UG cable fault locating testing machine, rectifing the fault, putting the jointing kit and charging the cable as all as specified and directed. (Approx length 500 RM for each Job) (Note : The rate for excavation, removing of old cable, laying after repairs is demmed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor). 55 M & L for replacement of danger notice for HT, 25x20cm size plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps of size 25x4mm, bolts and nuts of approved size complete, all as specified and directed. 56 M&L for cleaning with CTC ,greasing and maintenence and alignment of horizontal type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 66 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod suitable size dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 66000 volts, 3 phase complete, all as specified and as directed. 57 S&F in replacement of HT 66 KV out door non-linear type lightening arrestor with mountings, accessories complete, fixed on cross arms of two pole structure / GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encashed in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth strip with nuts, bolts and washers, transmission class having discharge current capacity of 10 KA and voltage heavy duty staion class 66 KV/75 KV Maximum, maximum continuous operating voltage 66 KV, rated short circuit current 20 KA complete all as specified and as directed. 58 M&L for renewal of earthing of poles/system with Chemical earthing with 3 mtr long 50 mm dia GI pipe alongwith connected copper earth strip 25x3 mm below ground level and connected to copper strip dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and including 15 dia GI medium grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height form ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mm x 6mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to over head line for providing earthing to HT pole/feeder AB switch LA complete, with charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150 mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 40 mm dia with blanking cap 1.5 mtr long fixed to funnel with wiremesh complete, with PCC chamber and RCC chamber over all as per Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on compeltion complete, all as specified and directed. (Note: Any length of GI strip and 15 mm dia GI medium grade pipe shall be provided as per actual requirement at site). 59 M&L for pipe earthing by digging a bore of 150 mm dia and inserting GI pipe heavy grade 100 mm dia-10 mtr long including GI strip 32x6 mm and charcoal and salt around the pipe in alternate layers, and GI strip upto 7.5 mtr above ground level including earth pit and test point complete, all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge . 60 Supply and spreading in electrical outdoor installation yard, stone aggregate of size 25 mm at 11KV substations / Near DP structures after thorough cleaning, anti grass treatment etc complete, all as specified and directed. 61 Supply and spreading in electrical outdoor installation yard, stone aggregate of size 20 mm at 11KV substations / Near DP structures after thorough cleaning, anti grass treatment etc complete, all as specified and directed. 62 Supply only 11 KV PT fuse as per sample, complete, all as specified and directed. 63 Supply only control fuse links NS type 2A, 4A, 6A,10A,16A as per sample, (20 each= 5 x 20 = 100 number in one set) complete, all as specified and directed. 64 Supply only Trip circuit healthy push button as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 65 Supply only TNC switch as per sample as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 66 Supply only Shunt trip coil 30 Volt, DC assembly as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 67 Supply only Bottom contact support insulator as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 68 Supply install test and commissioing of Current Transformer of VCB 11 KV all as per sample and complete, all as specified and directed. 69 Supply install test and commissioing of potential Transformer of VCB 11 KV all as per sample and complete, all as specified and directed. 70 M & L for resin cast type twin secondary current transformer of ratio 200-100/5-5A Class – I SP – 10 for protection and metering , capacity 15VA/15VA burden for protection and metering to conform IS – 2705 of 1992 complete, all as specified and directed. 71 Material and labour for servicing and testing of outdoor type three phase SF6 Circuit breaker for carrying out Contact Resistance Measurement, Circuit breaker Trip time, insulation resistance and coil resistance test complete, at site and submission of report. Note: The cost of T&P and other expenses such as boarding and lodging of testing team etc are included in the quoted rates. The quoted rates included general servicing, greasing of mechanical gears, gas recharging of the breaker etd at site complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 72 Material and labour for servicing of Control and Relay panel (C&R panel) of transformer includung testing of differential relay , IDMT relays and other auxiliary relays of transformer protection with secondary injection test kit complete, at site and submission of report complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The cost of T&P and other expenses such as boarding and lodging of testing team etc are included in the quoted rates. The quoted rates included general servicing, checking of wiring, replacement of minor parts etc. 73 Material and labour for testing of 66 KV outdoor type CT and carrying out tests i.e IR test, polarity test, knee voltage test, ratio test with primary injection kit complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The cost of T&P and other expenses such as boarding and lodging of testing team etc are included in the quoted rates. The quoted rates included general servicing, checking of wiring, replacement of minor parts etc. 74 Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil to 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete, all as specified and directed .Note:- Dehydration machine and other necessary equipments required shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. Record of test results after dehydration shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge 75 Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of oil to 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete, all as specified and directed. 76 Supply only glyphosate 41% SL Glykol Herbicide to remove vegatation from E/M Installations complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 77 Supply only insulating mat as per IS-15652, 2.5 mm thick suitable for 11 KV supply complete, all as specified and directed. 78 Supply and fix digital voltmeter suitable for HT VCB Panel 66 KV as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 79 Supply and fix digital ammeter suitable for HT VCB Panel 66 KV, 0-100 Amp as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 80 Supply and fix LED Indicator lamps as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 81 M & L for servicing and overhauling of SF6 circuit breaker 66 KV incl cheking of wiring connectsions and repairs of thr same complete, incl replecement of minor parts complete, all as specified and directed. 82 Supply and fix in replacement thermostat of VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 83 Supply and fix in replacement space heater of VCB as per sample complete, all as specified and directed. 84 Supply and fixing pole mounted with MS brackets box for housing the electrical terminals / control of VCBs out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick of size 60cm (height) x 45 cm (width) and 30 cm depth including nut /bolts checknut of washers duly powder coated complete, with locking arrangement complete, all as specified and directed. 85 M & L for HT cable entry sealing in HT 11 Panel with MS sheet 2 mm thick cut as per site requirement and POP complete, all as specified and directed. 86 Supply and fix cable route indicators with PCC 1:2:4 , B1 in replcement for HT 11 KV supply all as specified and dircted by E-in-Charge duly engraved with HT cable and having Angle iron support of size 40x40x4 mm and 60 cmlong duly embeded in PCC complete, all as specified and directed. 87 Labour only for connecting existing earth strips with GI earth strip of size 40x6mm complete, with welding as and where complete, all as specified and directed. Name of Work : REPAIR /MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS, VCB AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT OLD AMRITSAR CANTT

Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheroid sheet, casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate.
6	Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting / taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type / description (indoor / outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair / rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor"s work shop including taking out complete, core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 315 to 500 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed. 7	Note for item No5 & 6 :- (i) The transformers will be opened in presence of BOO and weight of copper coils damaged and new to be fixed will be done in presence of board officers detailed by Accepting Officer. (ii) All testing of transformers after repairs will be certified by BOO before despatch from the factory (iii) Cost of all testing etc is deemed to be incuded in quoted rate and noting extra shall be paid to contractor.

9	Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil to 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration machineand other necessary equipments required shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. Record of test results after dehydration shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge
10	Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achiene dielectric strength of oil to 50 KV at 2.5mm gap complete, all as specified and directed.
11	Material & labour for copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down power transformer of any capacity, including winding of coils (HT/LT) as per the manufacturers design & specification to obtain rated KVA complete, all as specified and directed.
12	Supply and fixing LT side brass stud with nuts bolts and washers for transformer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete, complete, all as specified and directed.

Note :(i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii)Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (iii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iv) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesman to avoid any mishappening.If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it and he has to compensate damages.

87	Supply and fixing pole mounted with MS brackets box for housing the electrical terminals / control of VCB"s out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick of size 60cm (height) x 45 cm (width) and 30 cm depth including nut /bolts checknut of washers duly powder coated complete, with locking arrangement complete, all as specified and directed.
88	M & L for HT cable entry sealing in HT 11 Panel with MS sheet 2 mm thick cut as per site requirement and POP complete, all as specified and directed.
89	Supply and fix cable route indicators with PCC 1:2:4 , B1 in replcement for HT 11 KV supply all as specified and dircted by E-in-Charge duly engraved with HT cable and having Angle iron support of size 40x40x4 mm and 60 cmlong duly embeded in PCC complete, all as specified and directed.
90	Labour only for connecting existing earth strips with GI earth strip of size 40x6mmcomplete, with welding as and wherecomplete, all as specified and directed. Note : GI earth strip of size 40x6 mm will be measured and paid separately.

95	M&L for cutting and removing old unserviceable burnt transformer core made up of CRGO Sheet and providng new suitable for 100 KVA to 500 KVA, 11KV dIstribution transformer complete, all as specified and directed.
