Cleanliness in schools BY children’s 2 Public, commercial Street vendors & Market area Awareness Campaign1) Agency has to educate, guide and demonstrate citizens/ individuals on the following topics not limited to a) Source Segregation (wet,dry, Hazardous and Sanitary waste) b) Plastic Waste Reduction c) 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Initiative Activity should be covered in all 24 wards (min 1000 citizens monthly).• Each Targeted Citizen should be educated about the 16 questions of Citizen Validation as per Annexure A of this document using appropriate methods.• Agency has to use appropriate promotional measures like banners, leaflets, standee etc. while conducting the event. • Agency has to organized meetings with School, Homemakers, Sr citizens, NSS, NCC, SHG, NGO, CSO, voluntary organization and other groups.• Monthly update of the citizens educated on Google drive to be submitted to PCMC, Parbhani regularly.as per Annexure A of this document using appropriate methods. 3 Door to Door Awareness Campaign1. Capacity Building for RWA/BWG/ Societies on the following topics not limited toa) Source Segregation (wet, dry, Hazardous and Sanitary waste) b) Plastic Waste Reduction c) 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Initiative d) Home Composting Activity should be covered in all 24 wards (min -5 RWA in each ward with 50 participants every month).• Agency has to meet the respective Secretary/ Chairman of the societies/RWA/BWG and plan the session, request them about above initiatives to be done in their society on daily basis.• Agency has to use appropriate• promotional measures like banners, leaflets, standee etc. while conducting the event.• Monthly update of the RWA training on Google drive to be submitted to Corporationregularly.• Targeted Citizen should be educated about the 16 questions of Citizen Validation as per Annexure A of this document using appropriate methods. 4 On field Awareness Activities 1. Agency has to do on field awareness activities as and when required. 2. On field awareness activities such as City level : Plogrun /Run & Burn marathon / cyclothon / rally/ Ward Level : street play / flash mob 3. Agency will be responsible to do pre-event preparations & awareness in the city 4. Agency will be responsible to arrange citizens/ participants/ crowd for above defined activities 5. Agency has to use all promotional banners, leaflets, etc in each activity. 6. Minimum 200 Participants for city level event and 50 participants for ward level events are Mandatory. 7. The agency has to document all the activities and submit a report to PCMC Parbhani after every event 5 Swachh Ranking 1. Agency has to do cleanliness survey of Hotels, Schools, Hospitals, RWAs/ Mohallas, Government Offices, and Market Associations for Swachhata Ranking for each ward. 2. Agency has to conduct ranking of all six above categories and decide the best performing ward for each ward.3.Agency has to ensure minimum 25 entries of each category in the city.4. The agency has to discuss the marking system, participating facilities and ranking with PCMC Parbhani.5. The agency has to arrange consolidated yearly award ceremony for the awardees before 25th Dec, 2023 6 Capacity Building 1. Agency has to give training on SBM/SWM best practices (Source Segregation of waste, Waste collection, use, importance of PPE kits etc.) to all Sanitary workers in once in 2 months (total 3 trainings)2. Agency has to recognize best performing worker in each ward monthly.3. Agency has to arrange felicitation program with the help of PCMC Parbhani annually4. Minimum 10 participants are mandatory from each Ward 7 Social Media1. Agency will be completely responsible for maintaining the Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Swachhmanch portal etc.2. Minimum 5 Post Per Day on each platform.3. Growth of social media platform followers to a minimum of 2000 subscribers/ followers on each platform monthly (twitter, facebook and instaram)4. Agency will be responsible for maximum outreach of each social media post. 5. Agency will be responsible for maintaining Swachhata Manch, a portal of GoI 8 Swachh Technology Challenge 1. Agency has organize Swachh technology challenge by inviting entries from citizens, NGO’s and other citizen groups to come up with solutions in the areas of social inclusion, Zero Dump (SWM), Plastic waste Management, Transparency (Digital enablement) for helping the city in efficient SBM operations through an open challenge.2. The last date of receiving such entries is 30th Nov, 2023 and the results has to be declared by 15th Dec, 2023.3. The details of the entries have to be uploaded on Google Drive and shared with PCMC Parbhani regularly.4. The agency has to award the best three entries with cash vouchers of 10,000 as 1st prize, 7000 for 2nd prize and 5000 for 3rd prize with certificates.5. The agency has to justify the winning entries with appropriate reasons/ Justification on the winning challenge. 6. The Detailed SOP for organizing the event is attached in Annexure B. 9 Swachh Champion 1. Agency has to identify and recognize champions - Man , Women and transgender who are driving “Swachh Change” in the ULB 2. Champion could be Citizen, Citizen Group, Ward Councilor, CSR , NGOs, SHGs, etc engaged with the ULB and working towards Swachh Change in ULB. 3. Entry Details: List of people and contact details with photos and a brief note (max 50 words) describing the work done. All such recognized entries have to be uploaded on Google Drive and Submitted to PCMC Parbhani.4. Recognition will only be given for the performance between 1st Feb 2023 to 30th November 2023.5. Minimum 20 man, women and transgenders has to be recognized and awarded. The agency has to include all the sub categories.6. Minimum 25 entries for man and women are mandatory. 10 Zero Waste Function 1. Agency has to manage at least one zero waste function monthly between October 2023 - December 20223 with zero waste coming out of the venue 2. Functions could be Weddings, Events, Social gathering or Religious ceremonies organized at Banquet Halls / Tent House / Catering Services.3. The agency has to promote 3R(Reduce , Reuse , Recycle) initiative at such identified events by promoting Reusable Cutlery used, stopping use of water bottles below 500 ml capacity etc.4. Zero waste function claimed is to be documented (Details of organizer, location, 50 words write-up about the event) and shared on Google Drive with pictures and other details to justify zero waste event with PCMC Parbhani.5. Detailed SOP for conducting the event is attached in Annexure C 11 Swachhata App 1. Agency has to aware citizens about Swachhata App in citizen and educate them how to post the complaints category wise.2. Agency has to increase swachhata app downloading count (to be checked from Swachh city portal) in ULB jurisdiction. Agency has to ensure a total of such downloads to be above 50 % (appx. 1,50,000 downloads) of total Households in the city. 12 Organizing Competition 1. Agency will be responsible organizing innovative competitions for jingle, movie, poster/ drawing, mural/wall (Backlane Beautification) painting, Waste to Wealth competitions, Eco bricks competition and street plays.2. Agency has to collect all the category of creative’s through completion before 30th November 20233. Agency has to arrange and planning of School level Competitions Exhibition. 4. Agency has to give certificates and awards to all winning entries in each category with help of PCMC Parbhani.5. Agency has to promote these competitions in advance using promotional banners, leaflets, social media platform etc.6. Each category must have minimum 15 entries.7. For each unit (T-shirt, caps) 19 Plastic Premier League 1. Agency will be responsible organizing innovative competitions like Plastic premier League.2. Organize the Plastic Premiere League (PPL) in which 4/6 teams were made that went around the city for collecting the littered plastic waste in all wards of the city. All monuments / park related with india’s freedom fighter to be cleaned upAgency should have to take initiatives & clean up monuments with respective corporation officers, city engineers, SBM officers. 23 Engagement of local brand ambassador1)Agency should have to take initiative to link up with brand ambassador for Swachha Sarvekshan 2023. 2)Agency must have to take video byte & publish on social media platform.3)Ambassador should invite in various events taken by agency in swachh sarvekshan 2022 - 23. 24 Water Bodies Cleanliness drive Canal/Well cleanliness drive Agency should have coordinated with municipal corporation officers like city engineers for well beautifications, well cleanness drive & take initiative with officer in this campaign. 25 E-pledge under majhivasundhra abhiyan Maze vasundhara 3.0 E- Pledge driveAgency should aware people to take maze vasundhara 3.0 E – pledge & update it on maze vasundhara platform / website. 26 Pollution Awareness DriveWater pollution awareness Agency should aware people about to avoid water pollution mostly in festival seasons. Water pollution happens in river, lake side & other area so need awareness among citizens. 27 Electronics waste & Electric vehicle awareness drive : awareness of LED / Solar bulb awarenss Agency should create awareness among citizen about solar panel implementation & to use LED bulb. 28 Wall Painting 1. Agency will be responsible to carrying out wall painting as per swachh bharat abhiyan 2.0 and majhi vasundhara abhiyan 4.0 at different location in the city. 29 Air Quality Monitoring 1.Agency will be responsible for carrying out Air quality testing From NABL approved lab at different location in the city as per direction from engineer in charged 30 GVP Beautification1. Agency will be responsible to Create artifact at different GVP location in the City. 31 Bio-Incinerator 1.Agency will be Responsible for providing bio-incinerator at 6 Best Toilet in the city as per ODF++ Norms 32 Hoarding&Banner 1.Agency will be responsible for Publishing hoarding/Banner at different location of the city as perdirected by Engineer in charged 33 Monthly Recognition Best Performing Worker 1. Agency Responsible for conducting event as per swachh survekshan 2023 norms and distributing Certificates to worker on monthly basis including all material required for event. 34 Technical support 1. Agency has to give technical support on field at the time of direct observation.2.Agency shall appoint min 2 staff in parbhani municipal corporation office for regular work upto completion of survekshan july 2024.3.It is responsibility of contractor to provide vehicle, lodge, and food to swachh survekshan team at the time they visit to parbhani.

23Engagement of local brand ambassador1)Agency should have to take initiative to link up with brand ambassador for Swachha Sarvekshan 2023. 2)Agency must have to take video byte & publish on social media platform. 3)Ambassador should invite in various events taken by agency in swachh sarvekshan 2022 - 23.
24Water Bodies Cleanliness drive Canal/Well cleanliness drive Agency should have coordinated with municipal corporation officers like city engineers for well beautifications, well cleanness drive & take initiative with officer in this campaign.
25E-pledge under majhivasundhra abhiyan Maze vasundhara 3.0 E- Pledge drive Agency should aware people to take maze vasundhara 3.0 E – pledge & update it on maze vasundhara platform / website.
26Pollution Awareness DriveWater pollution awareness Agency should aware people about to avoid water pollution mostly in festival seasons. Water pollution happens in river, lake side & other area so need awareness among citizens.
27Electronics waste & Electric vehicle awareness drive : awareness of LED / Solar bulb awarenss Agency should create awareness among citizen about solar panel implementation & to use LED bulb.
28Wall Painting 1. Agency will be responsible to carrying out wall painting as per swachh bharat abhiyan 2.0 and majhi vasundhara abhiyan 4.0 at different location in the city.
29Air Quality Monitoring 1.Agency will be responsible for carrying out Air quality testing From NABL approved lab at different location in the city as per direction from engineer in charged
30GVP Beautification1. Agency will be responsible to Create artifact at different GVP location in the City.
31Bio-Incinerator 1.Agency will be Responsible for providing bio-incinerator at 6 Best Toilet in the city as per ODF++ Norms
32Hoarding&Banner 1.Agency will be responsible for Publishing hoarding/Banner at different location of the city as perdirected by Engineer in charged
33Monthly Recognition Best Performing Worker 1. Agency Responsible for conducting event as per swachh survekshan 2023 norms and distributing Certificates to worker on monthly basis including all material required for event.
34Technical support 1. Agency has to give technical support on field at the time of direct observation. 2.Agency shall appoint min 2 staff in parbhani municipal corporation office for regular work upto completion of survekshan july 2024. 3.It is responsibility of contractor to provide vehicle, lodge, and food to swachh survekshan team at the time they visit to parbhani.
