Any Loss To The Public And Private Property During The Course Of Excavation Shall Be Resorted By The Contractor What So Ever The Nature Of The Same May Be.The Servicable Material Will Be Stacked Out Specified / Dimension In All Leads And Lifts As Per The Direction Of Engineer In Charge.
