| 1 | Restoration of 97 TR (24.25 x 4TR ) capacity chiller air conditioning plant installed at New Emergency Block of GMCH Jammu by way of dismantling all the electrical connections from the main panel and removing all the burnt/damaged control wiring of plant replacement of 1 no. 24.25 TR damaged compressor with new one.The job includes rewiring of wholeelectrical panel in place of old burnt/ damaged one with proper connections and thimbling and then providing and fitting of MCCB(125 AMP 3 Pole 25 KA) -04 no"s connector Kit-04 nos.inplace of damaged/burnt one Job also includes providing and fitting of chiller computer card-04 nos in place of old burnt one. To mitigate the hamming effect of compressors which is causing frequent trouble in smooth running/functioning of chiller plant a Anti-Vibrator device -04 no"s is installed. Then leak detection test is performed by filling nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure. The entire system is to be first tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks in the system and then high pressure is to be applied to the high side only and system is tested for leaks. Further the leak testing is done with smearing soap water solution over joints and pipes and observing for bubble formation. The pressure testing is to be repeated until there are no more leaks .The system is then vaccumised before changing oil and refrigerant for removing air and moisture from the system. The compressor is charged with compressor oil upto the required level and then system is charged with refrigerant R-22 gas. The job also includes replacement of 02 nos drier cores and providing & fitting of new chiller water sensors in place of existing damaged sensors installed at the inlet and outlet of the chiller line of the airconditioning plant and then testing of the chiller plant on full load. Complete job includes cost of material. transportation. taxes. skilled labour charges. to and fro charges etc |
