General conservancy and cleaning the area from Berth No. 1 to 8 approach roads ,drainsstack yard between B.No. 5 to 7,etc.by sweeping including removing alldebris, spillage and loose materials,removingall materials and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour,T & P, hand carts, and all other incidental charges etc. complete. [Note:- The total area mentioned is the quantity proposed for Two year from the date of commencement of work]. Upon award of work, the Contractor has to execute the work along with necessary tools and plant and number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The contractor has to deploy minimum 6 No. of labours per day (3male +3 female)
