| 27 | Painting of Roof top pole of height 6 Mtr from top to bottom including bracings, platforms, landings, ladder, guard rails ,runway etc. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL high-gloss synthetic enamelpaint or equivalent (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layer to give an even shade including base coats of Zinc chromate primer or equivalent primer of approved brand and manufacture i/c scaffolding and taking all necessary precaution to protect the human life, life insurance coverage of labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 28 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
