Tender For Cleaning / Descaling Etc Of Fcus And Radiators Of Central Heating Plant At Govt. Chest Disease Hospital, Srinagar- 1 Complete descaling/cleaning of FCUs of various capacities (200,400 and 600 CFM) at Govt CD Hospital Srinagar by dismantling of same by using skilled labours. The job includes dismantling of FCU valves and removing the same from the wall brackets.The job further includes cleaning and washing of surface internally as well as externally by using detergent, water and kerosene/diesel.The FCUs are to be descaled by circulating sulphanic acid powder with appropriate quantity of water for 4 -5 hrs till working PH is achieved (PH of 1-2). The job further includes refitting of FCU valves and refixing same on the wall bracket and testing on full load. The job also includes replacing of flanges of FCUs. All nuts, bolts, chemical, detergent, kerosene oil/diesel etc are to be arranged by the contractor, besides contractor should arrange welding machine and other tools and tackles for carry out repair work to which may arise due to disassembling the FCUs. All necessary items viz.pumping units,buckets,piping and litmus paper (PH 1-7),gaskets,dhoti cloth ,consumable items etc shall be arranged by the executing agency. 2 Complete descaling/cleaning of Radiators of various capacities at Govt CD Hospital Srinagarby using skilled labours.The jobincludes cleaning and washing of surface internally as well as externally by using detergent, water and kerosene/diesel. The job further includes by cleaning the inside portions of radiators by circulating a solution of cleaning agaent power of thermax (Maxclean) make and water of requird strength continuously for 1 hour or more wih the help of pump so that the working pH is achieved (pH between 1 to 2 ). The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/tray ( to be circlated by contractor ), brushes, detergents, diesel/kersine oil, dhoti cloth, litmus paper required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. The Job further includes testing of the same for any leakage
