Including Cutting Of Vegetation Along Road Berms & Footpath Of Complete Area Including T&P Sanitation Equipment And Sanitation Material, Collection Of Garbage, Building Material Rubbish Etc. And Dead Animals Within The Work Area And Disposal Of The Same To Collection Point / Dustbins, All Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge By Engaging Minimum 18 Nos. Environmental Assistant For Cleaning Area 206200.00 Sqm. Per Day To The Entire Satisfaction Of Engineer-In-Charge.Note: I ) If The Work Of Day To Day Cleaning / Sweeping / Scavenging Found Unsatisfactory Or Minimum Number Of E.A. Deployed Per Day Is Less Than 18, Then Penalty Recovery @ Rs. 15000 / - Per Day Shall Be Made From The Agency Bill.Ii ) Penalty If Imposed By Ngt / Mcd, Shall Be Recovered From The Agency Bill. 2 Hire Charge Of Hydraulic Excavator ( 3D ) With Driver And Fuel 3 Disposal Of Building Rubbish / Malba / Similar Unserviceable, Dismantled Or Waste Materials By Mechanical Means, Including Loading, Transporting, Unloading To Approved Municipal Dumping Ground Or As Approved By Engineer-In-Charge, Beyond 50 M Initial Lead, For All Leads Including All Lifts Involved. 4 Add 0.0633 Gst Factor Only On Item No. 3
