The Sufficient Inventory Shall Be Maintained During Hte O & M Period. The Outlet Parameters Shall Be Maintained. The Sufficient Manpower Shall Be Deployed. The Man Power Requirement Is As Per The General Conditions Of The Contract However The Additional Manpower Can Be Deployed As Per The Requirement. Manpower, Small Tools And Plant With Ceaning Items And Consumbales For Daily House Keeping Of The Entire Campus Is Deemed To Be Included. The Operation And Maintenance Includes The Chemicals And Consumeables And All The Necessary Major And Minor Repair.B ) The O & M Work Also Includes; Civil Work-This Shall Include The Cleaning Of The Major Components, Removal Of The Settled Sludge In All The Components ( Minimum 2 Times In The Year Or As Directed By The Engineer In Charge ) And Disposal As Directed By The Engineer In Charge, Inspection And Repair Of The Civil Structures, Repair Of The Roads, Plantation And Horticulture, Cleaning And Painting Of The Exposed Parts, Repair Of The Doors And Windows, Fixing Glasses, Maintaining The Inventory As Per The Requirement Etc.
