Tender For The Work Of Operation And Maintenance Of 20 Mld Sewage Treatment Plant At Boottee Street : Pune Cantt; 1 Operation And Maintenance Of The Sewage Treamtent Plant Having Capapcity 20.00 Mld 2 A ) Operation And Maintenance Of The Stp.- The Operation And Maintenance Shall Include The Providing Required Manpower Comprises Of The Plant Manager, Electrician, Plumber, Fitter, Security, Chemist, Operators, Etc All Complete Including The Chemicals And Consumeables Of Required Qty. The Sufficient Inventory Shall Be Maintained During Hte O & M Period. The Outlet Parameters Shall Be Maintained. The Sufficient Manpower Shall Be Deployed. The Man Power Requirement Is As Per The General Conditions Of The Contract However The Additional Manpower Can Be Deployed As Per The Requirement. Manpower, Small Tools And Plant With Ceaning Items And Consumbales For Daily House Keeping Of The Entire Campus Is Deemed To Be Included. The Operation And Maintenance Includes The Chemicals And Consumeables And All The Necessary Major And Minor Repair.B ) The O & M Work Also Includes; Civil Work-This Shall Include The Cleaning Of The Major Components, Removal Of The Settled Sludge In All The Components ( Minimum 2 Times In The Year Or As Directed By The Engineer In Charge ) And Disposal As Directed By The Engineer In Charge, Inspection And Repair Of The Civil Structures, Repair Of The Roads, Plantation And Horticulture, Cleaning And Painting Of The Exposed Parts, Repair Of The Doors And Windows, Fixing Glasses, Maintaining The Inventory As Per The Requirement Etc. All Complete.C ) Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation - The Periodic Operation Of All The Mechnical Components Includes, Oiling Greasing, Minor Repair, Replacement Of The Parts And Maintaining The Inventory As Per The Requirement. The Inspection Report Of The Technology Provider Shall Be Compulsorly Provided By The Contractor In Each Quarter. The Work Will Be Awarded To The Lowest Offer Based On The Previous Experiance. The Lowest Offer Of The O & M Cost Will Only Be Considered And Not The Supplimentary Items Which Needs To Be Supplied By The Contractor During O & M Period. D ) For Sampling And Conducting Test As Per Is 4764, 4733 And Keeping All Type Of Record Books As Per Mpcbnorms And As Instructed By The Engineer In Charge, Conducting Daily Test At Frequent Interval In Each Shift, Maintaining Computerized Test Result, Log Book, Chemical Consumption Books, Machinery Repairing History Book, Breakdown Book, Attendance Register Etc. Maintenance Included All Types Of Minor And Major Repairs Of Civil, Mechanical Electrical And Instrumentation Units Including Required Oiling, Greasing Of The E & M Spare Parts Etc. Complete. This Shall Also Include Maintaining The Landscape And Surrounding Area Within The Stp Premises With Necessary House Keeping Of Office Building Premises. All Outdoor And Indoor Lightings, Equipment’S And Other Machineries With Required Oiling And Greasing With Providing All Types Of Chemicals Required For The Treatment Process Like Disinfectives, Polyelectrolyte, And Lab Chemicals Of Appropriatequantity As Per Requirements For 1 Months Of Operation And Maintenance Of Sewage Treatment Plant Etc.
