And Check No Leakage Of Vaccum Complete, Overhauling Of Compressor Safty Valve & Nrv Changing If Needed ( Provide By Upptcl ) , Cleaning, Lubrication, Dismantling Of Closing & Tripping Coil Assembly Opening Its Parts Cleaning Lubrication And Adjustment Of Air Gap Of Its Plunge, Checking Electrical Connection In The Marshling Box Andtighting All Electrical Connection And Replacing Compressor Belt With Proper Size, Check Close And Trip Aperation For Proper Functioning Of Cb Check Close&Trip Timing By Digital Timer Etc. For Satisfactorily Compltion Of Above Work Including All Men Material Consumble Item And T&P Provided By Contractor.

    1Attending of SF6 Gas leakage from all three pole with SF6 Gas pipeline along with overehauling of mechanism of 145KV SF6 CB CGL Make Sr.N. 1081C/ C-8401027, Year 1984, Type-120-SFM-32A OF 132KV TBC Bay at 220KV S/S Firozabad, commissioned on 10-03-1988 & 145KV SF6 CB ABB Make , MNF Year-2007, Type LTB 145 D-1/B OF 132KV TBC Bay at 132KV S/S Jasrana, commissioned on 01-10-2008.Detect pole SF6 Gas leakage by SF6 gas leakage detector extract SF6 gas from pole unit with the help of SF6 gas extraction plant and store into empty SF6 gas cylinder , dismentling pole unit from pole panel and opening the pole joint and fixed contact chamberfrom the pole, cleaning of fixed and moving contact polishing the contact and applyingmicro carbon grease on contact surface replace pole O-Rings P-170, asorbent and re-fitting the same, attending air leakage from control valve , apply vaccume in all poles by helpof vaccum pump upto specifiedvalueand keep it for 4 to 5hrs. and check no leakage of vaccum complete, overhauling of compressor safty valve & NRV changing if needed(provide by UPPTCL) , cleaning, lubrication, dismantling of closing & tripping coil assembly opening its parts cleaning lubrication and adjustment of air gap of its plunge, checking electrical connection in the marshling box andtighting all electrical connection and replacing compressor belt with proper size, check close and trip aperation for proper functioning of CB check close&trip timing by digital timer etc. for satisfactorily compltion of above work including all men material consumble item and T&P provided by contractor.
