18Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ofEnergy Efficienttransformer platformmounted, 33 KV on primary side and 11 KV on Secondary side, capacity 1000 KVA, step down, outdoor type, 50 Cycle (50 Hz), AC double wound core type copper woundoil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN) type with external cooling tubes winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper as per IEC 60076, transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 and having taping at of +5.0 %to -10% in equal steps of2.5% changed by means of Off load load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. Transformer oil shall be as per IS 335:1993. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified inIS 2026, shall be suitable adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site(BKT near Lucknow) all as specified. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories:-
19(a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side suitable for connecting upXLPE cable up to 2x300 sqmm x 3 core cable end. (b) HV bushing with arching horn on 33 KV side. (c) Oil conservator with filling hole, cap,drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with connecting pipe along with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (e) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device) (f) Air release plug (g)Shutoff valve between the conservator and bucholz relay (h)Drain valve with threaded adapter. 21Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV , motorised Ring Main Unit (RMU )indoor typeboth end extensible 2 way floor mounted, SF6 insulatedmotorised panel with internal copper bus bar and snap fit/ plug in bushing type arrangement consisting of2 Nos ( 1 incoming,1 bus coupler) 630 Amps ,minimum 21 KA Rupturing CapacitySF6 gas insulated circuit breaker having SF-6switch gearstainless steel robotically ITIG/MIG welded enclosure with copper bus bars the coupling should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection & Sleeves bus bars covered with insulated boots. All live parts, bus bar , SF-6 circuit breaker will be enclosed in steel tank filled with SF6 circuit breaker at 1.4 bar with IP class IP 67 , leak rate less than 0.1%per year and tested for internal arc 20 to 25 KA for 01sec as per latest IEC 62271-200. with and including following accessories/work
22(a) Dismantling existing HT 11KV RMU Panel having SF-6 switch gear for inserting new RMU panelshifting a side to make place for insertion of 2 Nos SF 6 breaker HT panel refixing the same and connecting with new and existing panel properly integrated as mentioned in drawing including all accesseries required and testing complete panel (b) All SF-6 circuit breaker shall be motorized with 110 V DC control voltage to operate two position double spring mechanism. Each VCB shall have green (on)/ Red (off) push buttons to operate & Live cable LED indicators through voltage dividers mounted on the bushing. (c) Theearthing shall be provided in each cable compartment to provide solid earthing for the cable shield . Each SF-6 circuit breaker (except bus Coupler) incomingshall be equipped with digital MFMto measure Amps , Volts , Frequency, PF, KWH , KVAR etc & 3 O/C +1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 faults records with time stamping or as per manufacturer design. (d) The switch gear shall have built in programming logic using reputed make PLC for automatic changeover between two motorized incomer SF-6 Circuit breaker & one bus coupler SF-6 and shall derive voltage reference from incoming supply in respective incomer. (e) PLC shall also be wired to all SF-6 to monitor open/close status . The unit shall be supported with power pack of 110 Volt battery with battery charger (110 volt DC output ) for supply backup for PLC & motor operation . The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.

25M&L for chemical earthing by drilling a hole of 100 mm dia and 30 mtr depth in any kind of soil and providing a 30 mtr long pure copper strip of size 32 x6 mm duly encapsulated in a light grade GI pipe of 88 mm OD and filling the hole with advance non toxic earth enhancing back fill compond qty not less than 30 Kg and water till complete soaking of chemical water mixture and providing a cylindrical type FRP earth pit chamber of Size 254mm dia at top, 330mm dia at bottom and 260mm height and 7.5mtr long copper strip of size 33 mm x 6 mm as earth lead conductor duly protected with 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe from terminal point to earth test point and duly connected with terminal point through breezing and to connect with earth test point with brass bolt nuts and washer of suitable size and fixed on wall by mounting the strip of frp/DMC bridge insulator and providing a test point a terminal block made of gun metal of long hex head brass screw complete with removing of excavatedsoil a distance not exceeding 50 meter and height n. exc 1.5 m from the starting point and testing on completeion all as specified and directed.Note-1 Addl length of conductor beyond 7.5 mtr if required at site shall be measuredand paid separetly under respective item. 2. 31Supply and erection in truly vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55), 11.0 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/ finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throught entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the pole etc, complete all as specified and directed . Note: Excavation, earth work and PCCshall be measured and paid for separately.
32Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

35Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.
36Returing , filling in , including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
37M&L sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid complete all as spiced and directed.
38Supplying and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover as per IS-5820 : 1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 300 Kg class HV, Type-I flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for Cable Protection of 11 KV Cables complete all as spiced and directed.
