Nature of Work: REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT LINE, MARSHELLING YARD MRS, DIFFERENT 11 KV SUBSTATION INCLUDING REPAIR OF TRANSFORMER AND CONNECTED OTHER WORKS AT MISSAMARI UNDER GE MISSAMARI

4Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.
5Dismantling unserviceable Steel Tubular Poles of any description and any size including demolition of Cement Concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Unserviceable Poles will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.
6Dismantling Stay Assembly of any description and any size including Mild Steel Clamps with Bolts, Nuts and Washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Unserviceable Stay Assembly will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will bemade good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.
7Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., and segregating aside for serviceable for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.
8Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size, seggregating Seviceable Insulators and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.
9Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
10Dismantling Earth Wire, Cradle Guarding, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
11Taking down/out unserviceable UG Cables of any Cross Sectional Area and Connections and joints including Pipes, Bricks, etc of any description laying in trenches or fixing with Walls/Poles, segregating serviceableCables etc, and keep in safe custody for reuse, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Earthwork will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.
12M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles, Stay Assembly, etc., including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.
13M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required) complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including writing MES Pole No.with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.
16M&L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 20mm,including 7/4.00 mm Galvanised Stay Strand, complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, etc., Loop Insulator, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

56Taking out Transformer from its Position from any location under GE Missamari for repair /servicing/ rewindingofcapacity 300 to 500 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts disconnecting /openingHV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works. (a) Transportation of transformer to workshop at Tezpur/ Guwahati and back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm ) as directed. (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction ,removingof serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc, (c). Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of transformer complete part by part carefully , and display all the parts without damaging any portion, (d) Refilling topping up of transformer oil after dehydration and filteration in transformer. (e). Reassembeling the transformercomplete with all existingserviceable parts, andnew parts as ordered . (f) Reinstall the Transformer at site in position as directed after repair connectingHV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testingto entire satisfaction on load . Note- (j) Replacement of userviceable parts like; Bush insulator, brass studs, cork gasket, breather assembly, tap changer, rewinding , reinsulation of Primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, dehydration and filteration of transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule.(k) Renewal ofadequate size Nut, bolts & washers of transformer top cover shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED(l) Contractor has toinstall another transformer of same capacity with his own arrangement in place of unserviceable transformer untill the transformer come from workshop for installation at existing place.and cost of stand by transformer will not be paid seperately.
57Taking out Transformer from its Position from any location under GE Missamari for repair /servicing/ rewindingofcapacity 63 to 250 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts disconnecting /openingHV, LV Electrical connections, earthing connections along with following other works. (a) Transportation of transformer to workshop at Tezpur/ Guwahati and back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm ) as directed. (b) Opening of transformer top cover by extraction ,removingof serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc, (c). Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of transformer complete part by part carefully , and display all the parts without damaging any portion, (d) Refilling topping up of transformer oil after dehydration and filteration in transformer, (e). (a) Transportation of voltage stabilizer to workshop at Tezpur/ Guwahati and back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T& P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm ) as directed, (b) Opening of voltage stabilizer top cover by extraction ,removingof serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc , (c) Dismantaling of voltage stabilizer complete part by part carefully , and display all the parts without damaging any portion, (d) Refilling topping up of voltage stabilizer oil after dehydration and filteration in voltage stabilizer, (e) Reassembeling the voltage stabilizercomplete with all existingserviceable parts, andnew parts as ordered , (f) Reinstall the voltage stabilizer at site in position as directed after repair connecting electrical connections, earthing connections and testingto entire satisfaction on load , Note- (g) Replacement of userviceable parts like; Bush insulator, brass studs, cork gasket, breather assembly, tap changer, rewinding , reinsulation of Primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, dehydration and filteration of transformer oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule.(h) Renewal ofadequate size Nut, bolts & washers of voltage stabilizer top cover shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED

(a) Transporation of transformer to workshop at Tezpur/ Guwhati and back to siteby making necessary arrangements of T&P (crane, recovery, vehicle, tripoid to be arranged by firm ) as directed, (b) Opening of PT top cover by extraction ,removingof serviceable - unserviceable nuts bolts and washers etc, (c). Lifting primary coil (HT) and secondary coil (LT) , dismantaling of PT complete part by part carefully , and display all the parts without damaging any portion, (d) Refilling topping up of oil after dehydration and filteration in transformer, (e). Reassembeling the PTcomplete with all existingserviceable parts, andnew parts as ordered , (f) Reinstall the PT at site in position as directed after repair connectingHV, LV electrical connections, earthing connections and testingto entire satisfaction on load& Note- (g) Replacement of userviceable parts like; , rewinding , reinsulation of Primary and secondary coil with copper winding wire, dehyderation and filteration of oil etc shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule.(h) Renewal ofadequate size Nut, bolts & washers of PT top cover shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOATED
