    Supply & Commissioning Of Portable Single Operated Inverter Based ( Igtb ) , 3-Phase , 415 V, Dc Welding Rectifier Set Of Capacity-400A Suitable For Manual Arc Welding Process With Warranty / Guarantee And Test Certificate. Required Technical Specification As Furnished Below: 1. Maximum Hand Welding Current @ 60% Duty Cycle; 400A And @100% Duty Cycle: 280A 2. Open Circuit Voltage: 70 V ( Max ) And Operating Arc Voltage: 20 Volt ( Min ) , 36 Volt ( Max ) . 3. 3-Phase 50 Hz, Rated Input Voltage: 415 V With Trapping To Compensate For Variation In Input Supply. 4. Type Of Cooling: Forced Air Cooled -Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan With Copper Windings, Metal Body And Fan Blades. 5. Class Of Insulation And Winding Materials: Class H Insulation With Both Primary And Secondary Copper Windings. 6. Specification To Which It Conforms: Is 4559 With Latest Modification. 7. Type Of Rectifier: Inverter Based ( Igtb ) Double Bridge Type With Current Regulator, Make: Crux , Berco, Or Equivalent. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ]
